And if you have, you know the hell that a person can go through. To constantly have words throw in your face, wanting SO badly to be a part of their life, and to not have it happen. And simply saying, "You're a stalker" or "Get over it" just simply doesn't work.
I stalked a guy for six years. Not kidding, I knew everything about him. I had this little journal and everything. I'd spend hours on the phone talking to my friends about him. But you know what? That's probably the only thing that saved me during my jr high and high school days. Oh, yes. I was quite creepy. He was nice about it though. But I just thought so much of him. And my father wasn't my father and my brother, the only person I considered to be my father, had gone off to college. I was totally left without a male figure in my life. It was pretty lonely.
And it's not until now, that my father has passed on, have my brother and I truly found each other again. We're pretty much the only thing that we have left so we are closer. But that damage has done it's duty. I have ONE friend, oddly enough on these boards, that I even dare feel comfortable enough to claim as a father figure. Fortunately he doesn't mind being stalked. :-)
In reading the OP's replies, my heart goes out to you. You are going through some major issues in your life and you're obviously hanging on to whatever compassion you can. But if the person isn't reciprocating, you're only going to add hurt. Feel free to email me if you'd like to discuss this further.
To everyone else who passed judgement, shame on you. Why people feel the need to just stamp "psycho" without knowing anything of their lives. With the exception of the person that is actually being followed, of course. That in and of itself deserves to be taken care of by yourself. | |

Posted: 7/23/2006 10:02:02 AM | I dont think so "cassidy182"...I am never desperate to the point to create something false to get others to talk to me.....I hold my own ground very well...I don't need to pay anyone to help me get others to talk to me either....I have been a member on this site long enough, and have established many strong friendships and associates to not be ever desperate,...as far as heavenly hottie goes...yeah she cuts up sometimes to, but she dont send me mulitple e-mails and she dont start threads about me either....so I havent lead anyone on...I like to joke and cut up to...but that dont mean I have a uncontrollable desire for them or anyone else.....you tell me "no thanks" one time..and I wont ask again....my profile speaks for itself, and my friends and associates on here can tell you....I dont beg to be liked or for anyone to be my friend.....they are only my friend if they wanna be!...I am one of the nicest people here on "God's green earth....and God has blessed me with the heart, personality to be liked by more than enough people to never be so desperate as to create some false thread to gain the attention of others.....sorry but I aint the one! | |
