| Can someone help me to understand men?
Posted: 3/17/2007 1:31:15 PM | It is possible that the approach of these guys you describe has something to do with messages you are inadvertantly giving out, but I'm not sure.
Is there something you are doing or saying that invites that type of response from men? Are you dressing in a sleazy manner? Are you making racy comments? Or are you disregarding danger signs early on?
If someone talks about sex right away, that to me is a big red flag that this is an immature person who either isn't interested in a romantic relationship or has some immature reason for trotting out an issue that is not relevant till later on.
Think about your role in this.

I don't know about you, but I consider myself to be a big girl and if I want to have sex, I will. I don't think at this stage in the game it should be shyed away from. It is a very important part of a relationship and if you can't even bring it up now, how are you going to perform to your fullest when the time is right. You are the only one who can decide when and who. But don't be shy about it, it is part of a healthy life. We all think about it every day. | |

Any guy who says he doesn't like sex, is lying, or trying to think of what you want him to say based on what he knows about you already. Honesty is the best policy. You're just asking to get lied to when you ask a guy about "....blank... sex...", so, just tell him up front, "you are not getting laid tonight, unless I decide, and probably not ever if you're a complete jerk... "
also, here's a good guide to the male mind ;
1: Guys like sex.
2: Guys like food.
3: Guys like sex, and sometimes food after sex, before sex, or during sex.
4: Guys are like girls, they like sex, and food but not necessarily both at the same time.
5: You will never understand men, YOU MAY understand the guy you've been dating for several months after you've probed his mind. But honestly, it's about sex, food, beer and stuff he finds interesting.

Try authors Allan and Barbara Pease set of books; there are several on the big book sites, they give lots of examples of how men and women think and communicate differently, and how to adjust our own behavior to compensate for it. They helped me a lot. | |

Posted: 6/13/2008 2:04:58 PM | well let me tell you you havebeen finding a few bad seeds. it might be what your attracted too that might be why your getting this kind of responce from guys. most of your players and bad boys are like this. keep the friends thing going because its your best deffence agains players, they wont stay around once they know the door is shut. No all guys act like this so its a numbers game, you have to keep nocking on those doors until you meet the right one.
yes its sad that women and men have to weave out the bad ones but thats the way its done. I promise you you will find that one true prince. hes out there just let it happen by being friends first and if hes the one he will hang in there untill you think hes good or he proves hes a good person. oh by the way there is no such thing as nice guy its called a good friend.

It happens to guys sometimes to. I met a women and because I didnt sleep with her she asked me if I was gay  To me that was low, Thay would be like me on the 1st date are you a lesbian If you dont go 2 bed with me.......Its like this If a guy or girl does that to you they haave done it before and they had sex with someone on the first date....And My deal is I have 2 care and know the girl well,,,and being that I work in health care I only date women that after a while will have an HIV test .. ..I go with them and I have one also.......Life is short and Im not going out of this world with HIV,,,You dont need them,...I have fallen for a few women in my life and tthey were the ones that said no 2 me,,,that is sexy,,,,,,and sometime Ill say no,,,for somereason that floors you guys,,,,Like w...A guy can date someone and not sleep with them the first night,,,,Like I said I love to hear no that shows the women respects herself and is not desperet.....Actually that why I like 2 date women with kids.....They are independent,,love their kids...thats sexy...Ill never know why a man would pay for sex..its crazy...anyway Im on vacation and your post reminded me of a women on POF...Happy chatting
