Or you are just an easy prey for sex and/or desperate. Several have turned out to be married. ARRGGH. I am very particular about who I go out with, if no one is looking out for me, then I have to do it. I would say, I have not been so lucky on this site except for finding some true friends to talk to, and hope that one will turn in to more than just friends.  | |

I have met several guys off here and almost all were looking for sex. Maybe it's just me but that is my experience so now I am taking a break. I find that this site is like shopping at wal-mart when nordstroms is right down the road! Part of the problem is that this is a free site so anybody and everybody gets on here whereas if they had to pay a monthly membership they would probably be less inclined to pay to search for just a sexual partner.
I love the forums however and I have met many great people to whom are good friends from here. To all those who this site works for congrads that's awesome! | |

Posted: 7/27/2006 6:06:03 PM | I dated 1 woman from here and it was nice. She had some major problems that she needed to take care of before a relationship and I had a few myself. Our schedules didn't match at all and she seemed "in a hurry. Nice woman, we talk, get along....
As for this site: If you want it to work, you need to work it and BE PATIENT. Get to know a few people on line before rushing to just 1. If you rush, you might get to the wrong one and miss the opportunity that WAS there. Thats why it's called "DATEING" not "COMMITTING " yet. | |

There may have been others ....I can't be sure. I go on a lot of coffee dates that simply don't stick in my mind because so many of the guys are on several Personals sites...as am I. | |

I haven't dated anyone *yet* from this site, but I have met a lot of really great guys! Some are just friends and others are men that I am interested in, but haven't received the green light from them.

I've heard that I have this "aura" in person that just doesn't come through in photographs. (Plus, I'm horrendously unphotogenic). There are men who disappear once I send them my pics (I don't post them with my profile). Guess they'll never get the chance to see how beautiful I really am, huh?
Perhaps when women say you don't look like your photo, it is a compliment. | |
