I need to have an accurate number to know what to expect. I will be arranging the proper amount of staff on hand and I need to know who is actually showing up. Posted: 9/6/2006 5:18:48 PM | OK so I was sooo excited about this idea that I actually went on ebay and bought myself a pair of roller skates...
I tried on one (to make sure fit)..then gave them to my Dad (who worked at a roller rink as a teenager) to get the bearings working great again, change the locknuts, and rough-up the wheels a bit.
Now they spin GREAT...but I still haven't tried them...had a hard enough time keeping my balance with just the one on! lol
So tomorrow after work, I will attempt the impossible: TO STAY ON MY FEET while trying to rollerskate.
Wish me luck!!! (and don't anyone tell me to "break a leg" because I am liable too!!! | |
