| CSI, the TV series Posted: 9/19/2006 3:17:24 PM | LOVE the original LAS VEGAS baby!!!!!!
Ok no offense to the Miami series but David Caruso just turned me off that show.....his lingering "hhmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmss" and "aaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhs" is enough to make me scream.....he just stands around and quips these lil Yoda like Zen like statements or stand around with his hands on his hips......."I think we have ourselves a murder here......hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!"
Sorry I had to get that all out........***deep breath***
Ok so NY CSI is ok you know.....it's growing on me a lil....it's a little darker than the original but I love Gary Sinise, have been a fan of his since "The Stand"....well for a long time...
I love how the show gives you a lot but never enough information to actually get away with murder......lol.
But yah that's my Thursday night guilty pleasure....

| CSI, the TV series Posted: 12/12/2006 8:43:54 PM | CSI: Miami is my fav, then CSI: NY, as I love Caruso and Sinise. Seeing those two established actors in the crossover episodes was so great. I find for me that the CSI: Vegas cast does not gel as good as the other two casts. Also William Peterson is an over rated actor in my eyes. He always did bit parts and lucked out on this show because it was more or less, a new type of show. Caruso and Sinise are far better actors than Peterson. But this is in my eyes and my opinion. I would like it if Bruckheimer put together a TV Movie, 6 hour, 3 part with all 3 casts. That would be awesome. Or do a good crossover with all 3 shows one week, have it start in Miami, goes to NY and have Horatio and Delco head there, then moves to Vegas and have Sinise and Bonasera with Delco and Horatio meet up with the Vegas team. Would be great. | |

| CSI, the TV series Posted: 1/11/2007 3:10:27 AM | Why the hell is this show so popular? Don't you realize how it insults your intelligence? I guess not... the characters have to spell things out for the viewer because the writers must think they are just too stupid to know what is going on; especially that redheaded woman, she's always stating the obvious.
And the music that kicks in when they are doing the forensics; it makes me laugh so much when they're trying to look so calm, cool and collected with this little montage of crappy music.
The first episode I ever saw was one about a schizophrenic who thought he was in the Marines and so was blowing shit up. What a stigma! This show is really lousy and a trend. Lowest common denominator...it's why it is a hit.

| CSI, the TV series Posted: 1/11/2007 10:34:45 AM | I dig it
And most people are too stupid to know what's going on - I have people come in at work who don't realize that Hawaii is part of the US

| CSI, the TV series Posted: 1/11/2007 10:44:16 AM | Las Vegas all the way!!!!

| CSI, the TV series Posted: 1/12/2007 7:07:20 AM | | My son got me hooked on CSI. Now I watch CSI NY and Miami. I tried to get him onto NCIS but he won't go for it. | |

| CSI, the TV series Posted: 1/12/2007 2:33:22 PM | I love all three CSI's for the cases and the forensics. It's entertaining and sometimes educational even though I do realise it's unrealistic.
The original Las Vegas based one is my favorite (I'm in favor of Grissom & Sara as a couple - viva geek love!) I've been watching since it premiered.
CSI:NY is my next favorite. I just love the whole cast dynamic it's awesome. Been watching this one since it premiered also.
CSI:Miami is my least favorite because I enjoy everyone on it except for "that creepy little orange man" *credit to my friend Deb for describing him thus. Caruso just makes me roll my eyes a lot. Did not watch it when it premiered and I still haven't seen most of the episodes. I watch old epis that are new to me on another channel sometimes but I'm not an avid Miami fan.

| CSI, the TV series Posted: 1/12/2007 4:11:34 PM | Love everyone of them...........I can watch them for hours, and if anyone messages me, I think about answering......but maybe not......... Greatest show there is....... CSI!!!!!! Grisom ya he is great and Katharine they know what they are doing on the show... | |
|
| CSI, the TV series Posted: 1/12/2007 4:15:20 PM | | Yeah, but is Grissom really one sabbatical or will he be leaving the show for good? Remember, he HAS been going deaf. Must be some major contract desputes to get cleared. | |
|
| CSI, the TV series Posted: 1/12/2007 5:23:15 PM | | They said it was only for 4 weeks... I'm holding them to it! They can't ruin what little love life I have lol... | |

They are together, you must have missed the big episode.
OT - I love all three and the Law & Orders as well. I must admit that the original is my favorite, yes Grissom is cool, but Nick just makes me weak in the knees, sooooo glad that he lost the 'stasch, that was such a bad look for him.

| CSI, the TV series Posted: 1/12/2007 10:21:48 PM | | I missed it, dadgummit!! About how long ago was it? Maybe I can catch it on the channel that plays fairly recent reruns! OMG! I had a police officer friend in Texas that looked just like Nick! | |

Actually that's why I made the comment. I'd been rooting for them since she wiped chalk off his face back a few seasons. I did indeed watch the big episode and I was ecstatic when it was made obvious to viewers that they were a done deal - they were actually together!
I don't have any couplings in mind at all for the other two CSI shows and that I cared at all about such a thing for CSI original was kind of a fluke. Soapy romance stuff isn't what I generally look for in a crime drama - that's what daytime soaps are for. I am glad that they keep Grissom and Sara's relationship very low key - it's enough for me to just know they are together. Just want the writer's to continue giving us great cases to watch unfold.

| CSI, the TV series Posted: 1/13/2007 7:16:27 AM | Here's an excerpt from an interview Petersen did ... he's returning to the stage and will drastically reduce his appearances on CSI.
Bound for home: Chicago's William Petersen looks beyond 'CSI' to a return to the stage
Serious “CSI” fans have one burning question regarding the seventh-season premiere Thursday: Will the show delve further into the relationship between Sara Sidle and Gil Grissom that was revealed in the final moments of the CBS show’s Season 6 finale?
William Petersen was cagey on that topic in a recent interview; he’d only allow that his character, Grissom, and Sidle (pictured at left) feel they “have to protect” their relationship from the rest of the CSI team, lest news of it cause problems at work.
On another topic, however, Petersen was more than forthcoming. At the end of the season of "CSI" that kicks off at 8 p.m. Thursday (WBBM-Ch. 2), Petersen will still have time left on his contract with CBS, which runs out in 2008.
But Petersen made it clear that he wants to spend a substantial part of next year doing a play in Chicago. The actor wants to come home. [The text in this paragraph and the paragraph above has been changed.]
Home, for the Evanston-born actor, is the Chicago stage. And he’s in talks with Victory Gardens Theater, which gave him his first starring role, about appearing in one of the company’s 2007 productions. (Petersen also says he’d like to work at Chicago Shakespeare Theater or the Goodman Theatre.)
“I’ve been talking to [artistic director] Dennis Zacek at Victory Gardens, and we’re going to do a play as soon as we can get enough time to make it worth everyone’s while,” Petersen says. “I plan to go back to Chicago and do plays starting next year.”
Zacek says he’d love to get the actor into one of his 2006-07 productions, which will be staged at the company’s new home at the Biograph Theater on Lincoln Avenue. But if the work Zacek has in mind doesn’t pan out, he and Petersen may end up teaming up in the 2007-08 season.
“I’m trying to have something custom-made for him, but it’s in the making. It’s not finished,” says Zacek, who adds that he hopes to have the script ready for Petersen to read when the actor arrives in town for Victory Gardens’ season-opening gala Oct. 14.

Classic Chassis got it right, it was the last episode of season six. That's it, I am moving to Texas, think you can hook me up with that Nick look-a-like. lol

| CSI, the TV series Posted: 1/13/2007 8:45:13 AM | | I wouldn't do that to you, afterglow. He's a friend, and a hunk, but too much of a player! I think he's on his fourth or fifth marriage, if he's even still married! I tried to tell him not to get married when he was married to a friend of mine, but he wouldn't listen! They lasted a little longer than I thought they would, but that's not saying much! Some people just aren't the settled down type...he's one of them! Looks hot in a uniform though! He's a police officer. | |

| CSI, the TV series Posted: 1/13/2007 9:51:54 AM | | I watch all three shows too. But they sure have some strange circumstances around a lot of the deaths on that show. | |
|
| CSI, the TV series Posted: 1/13/2007 5:10:53 PM | CSI:The Original is great. CSI:NY is okay. CSI:Miami is just plain bad. David Caruso is a horrible actor. What is with the posing and the c*cking of the head? I can't stand the "I'm just too cool" pair of sunglasses he wears. His line delivery is plain peculiar. His character, as it is writing, is sickeningly self-righteous. Terrible. | |

| CSI, the TV series Posted: 1/16/2007 11:15:40 PM | WELL I AM CSI AND I CAN TELL U THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE ONLY SHOW THAT MEASURES UP IS CSI=GRISOM THAT SHOW IS TRUE, I WOULD KNOW THIS BECAUSE I DO THIS AND HAVE BEEN DOING IT FOR 22 YEARS........ ALL THE OTHER'S DO NOT MEASURE UP. JUST MY COMMENT AND THATS MY STORY AND I AM STICKING TO IT............ | |
|
| CSI, the TV series Posted: 1/17/2007 11:55:46 AM | I love CSI and I am talking about the original. Grisom is the shit. The other one's are too boring for me and predictable. Vegas atleast gives me some challenge. The other one's I figure out who did it within 15 min. I think if you like CSI you should give Criminal Minds a try it is about as bad ass as Vegas!!!!!! | |
