| Is O'Beastity Beautiful, even Sexy? Posted: 7/28/2006 9:16:43 PM | Since no one really seems to be able to get a handle on this thread or the (somewhat invisible) person behind it, it would seem to me that the humour approach would be good for a few more miles ... JMHO, of course.

| Is O'Beastity Beautiful, even Sexy? Posted: 7/28/2006 10:51:29 PM | Well - I seldom eat out but did tonight at Micky D’s. #2 two cheese burgers - med fry - med soft drink
1 single cheese burger = 330 calories 15 grams of protein 1 med fry = 452 calories 7 grams of protein
After that I went to Wally World - got a raspberry coffee cake - big box of Cheez-its - box of choc mini donuts.
The gal at the check out stand (just being friendly) said “none of this stuff is good for you” - she was very nice not to mention a foot shorter - 40 years younger and weighed twice what I do.
I told her - “I have to eat junk food ALL DAY LONG - or I lose weight” (which is true)
She said “oh ............ you are one of THOOOOOOOOOSE” lol
It is after midnight and I have eaten 1838 calories so far today - I should eat about 3000 a day. I burn up energy so fast I can’t poke enough down my throat to keep up.
I track my calories - my protein - and my cigarettes every single day. I’ve tracked my cigarettes for 8 years now. It is all on a very elaborate data base I built. My exercise is also logged.
To those that don’t know this. Our bodies need protein but .......... the average American eats two to three times the protein their body really needs. Protein is harsh on kidneys. I for one NEVER want to end up on dialysis. My ex works at a dialysis unit - I’ve heard all the war stories. That is why I track my protein - I want to eat the right amount.

| Is O'Beastity Beautiful, even Sexy? Posted: 7/28/2006 10:56:24 PM | Bloody hell Ron..........
At what point did this thread make any sense up until you came along.
I was still looking for the plastic (no jokes I promise) surgeon.

| Is O'Beastity Beautiful, even Sexy? Posted: 7/28/2006 11:13:21 PM | .................................... Oops sawweeee - I promise to be good Tina.
Here I will tell a joke ......... a guy and a duck walked into a bar and .............................
|
| Is O'Beastity Beautiful, even Sexy? Posted: 7/29/2006 6:14:36 AM | ^^^^ Actually, Ron ... keeping on OP's thread topic (as far as I can figure it), that would be: "This Irish guy and his duck walk into O'Beastity's Bar and ....."
-- not meaning any offence to Irish people or ducks, you understand ...

| Is O'Beastity Beautiful, even Sexy? Posted: 7/29/2006 6:16:50 AM | Define Beastiality for me will ya? Gosh, I was out on a date a couple weeks ago and I could have sworn I saw him afore at my friend's piggy farm! All due respect to the piggys of course! | |
|
| Is O'Beastity Beautiful, even Sexy? Posted: 7/29/2006 6:32:24 AM | Okay, my fella compatriats for the sake of the OP's noodlebrained question and remarks:
As a formerly MOP [morbidly obese person], I get what the media hype is. The question is it beautiful, even sexy? No and yes. There are many MOPs who are quite beautiful. There are many who are quite sexy. At the height of my obesity, which actually came about through a reaction to a prescription medication [not the joy of overeating], my ex has been told me that I needed to learn that my sensuality and what made me sexy had nothing to do with my weight. No, it isn't beautiful or sexy to have all of the health disorders that happen as a result of MO. It isn't beautiful or sexy to see the horrified looks on people's faces as we approach the only seat left on the bus, it isn't beautiful or sexy to hear the nasty jokes and innuendo about Fat Asses, etc. There are many reasons and a few thousand excuses for MO. None of them are funny or amusing. All of them are potentially life threatening. The media hype is helping to educate not only the general masses, but even the MOPs themselves.
I was told when I was a MOP all the time how beautiful, sexy and delectable I was. Hell, I must be Ms. Freakn America now, eh?

| Is O'Beastity Beautiful, even Sexy? Posted: 7/29/2006 6:44:00 AM | Sorry fellow posters. Has it come to this. Did a bainful of O'Beastity caused by too much icecream and beer cause us all to run out of good topics? Say it hasn't come to this............. oh yes, new topics. Please, Stop eating all the calories, so that we can think straight | |

From the thread name...I thought there was a beastiality movement going on now.. Wonder how many folks checked out this thread in the hopes of finding something a lot juicier than it is?

| Is O'Beastity Beautiful, even Sexy? Posted: 7/29/2006 12:15:58 PM | O'Beastity fits well the one trick pony who plagiarized the term from the h a t e, r a p e and b i g o t r y site where the word is found on a simple Google search. Of course the hate site, no doubt also lifted the term from the writings of another to start with.
So, so much for this so called "clever subtle twist on the spelling."
Reading ,,, or at least trying to read, the unintelligeable, poorly written manic rantings on profile and finding the same thing repeated in this post as well as one down the hall by same person reveals, at least one skill mastered: "copying and pasting."
Now for the topic, most of my fellow Forum readers chose to comment on here: "Obesity as it relates to North American Diet and life styles" ---by all means, let's address the topic, however, at least for me, would have to be in a place where introduced with the respect and intelligence the topic warrants.
Finally, I do hope that those who monitor this Forum, exercise fairness in allowing me, a beautiful full figured woman amongst the thousands who, like me, frequent this Forum on a regular basis, and who unfortunately had to be subjected to the innacurate, distasteful premise underlying the initiating post and tittle, to have HER say. I think if the thread was allowed what I have to say should be allowed as well. ;O)~
By the way, you will not find another post from "mois" on this matter. Thanks all.
Rose ;o)~

| Is O'Beastity Beautiful, even Sexy? Posted: 7/29/2006 12:55:37 PM | Rose? I can gracefully respect what you posted. I have no issues. Gawd, I have a tummy on me that can hold up cars! Would be nice if we were all perfect would it not? No worries Rose. We are what we are and do the very best we can. Those that choose to make fun of others be it weight, looks, financial status? I simply have no time for. They are not "real" folks in my books darlin! | |

I'm not even going to say what I at first thought he was referring to. I was thinking "You gotta be kidding"! I was about to write him off as some kinda nut. Now I geuss I can write MYSELF off as a nut! Now this just struck me as sooo funny. Maybe because I was thinking the same thing.

| Is O'Beastity Beautiful, even Sexy? Posted: 7/30/2006 1:01:11 AM | Yes, I agree with Moraima, Rose ... excellent post. So very well said. And as I don't do a lot of googling or travelling around on the internet myself, I don't get a chance to spot plagiarized material. I don't do it myself, so I suppose I never think to question it in others. Learned something today. Thanx.

| Is O'Beastity Beautiful, even Sexy? Posted: 7/30/2006 3:24:49 PM | Me thinks he protests too much. Could be he has a fat woman rejection complex. Was your mama fat and dominating too? Is this too close to your home? Home boy? | |

| Is O'Beastity Beautiful, even Sexy? Posted: 9/30/2006 2:10:22 PM | The place I eat lunch at now sells pizza with a topping of curly pasta ....talk about carbs, wow! I suggested it was very unhealthy to sell, but they said it sells like mad and tastes good .. point being that people sell what makes money, not what is healthy, and its up to us to stay away from it. Due to the obesity, we have a tsunami wave of health care costs coming in the next ten years ....if something doesnt happen and soon, we are in big, big trouble ...no pun intended. | |
