Posted: 8/3/2006 8:52:01 AM | Darn, it looks like I am going to miss the fun Sunday (and the next two as well). I was at the gathering at Luckys on the 29th but didn't get to meet or talk to hardly anyone. I brought a friend who REALLY needed to get out and meet some new people so I took her as a guest. Long story short, she didn't seem to grasp the concept of "mingling".
For anyone interested, Chris Logsdon will be playing at Captain Woody's on Buckeye Lake at 3pm on the 13th, then a Beatles tribute band called BackBeat will be playing a free outside concert at Denison U. in Granville on the 20th at 5:30pm. I saw them last year and they are really good. Just take a lawn chair or a blanket and a cooler. Anybody wanting more information, just send me a message.
Meanwhile..... If there is a Sunday afternoon get-together on the 27th, I'll be there.
y'all have fun. Tomorrow I am heading south for a few days. | |

However I do have the right equipment for hooters but no waitressing skills
Lonie is the Bomb however. too bad I am not younger
As far as the one who asked about the age group. First you have to be 21 years old to go, and second You haven't lived until you get to know some of us slightly older gals

I am going to the Sep 9th Race. Come on! many of you haven't signed up yet. And they have lowered the price to $34.00.
I have never been to one of the races. I am looing forward to it. I sure hope they won't cancel for lack of participation.

I had planned on attending the July 29th get together @ Lucky's, & while the body and spirit was willing, my new vehicle (purchased 2 days before that) was not. (Long, sad story)
Hope to meet many of you this Sunday.

It will be nice meeting all the new fishies and seeing all the regular fishies again.
Glad to see BENT is signed up to come. WELCOME BACK BENT!!
Hope you got plenty of much needed rest and start allowing some of us to take some of the burden off your shoulders and work as a TEAM instead of 1 person doing everything. You deserve to have a good time just as much as we do so we can make this a GROUP effort.
