Posted: 7/5/2006 11:16:35 AM | Although I was born and raised in Berrien County, MI (very SW corner) I have a ton of family in Tower and Onaway in cheboygan county. I visit there often......I love the north country....just not much work there for my field of employment!!
....I lived in Kalkaska and Rapid City for 2 years (also owned some property in Wolverine for 10 years) , then the place I worked relocated to Livonia......and since I'm a tried and true farm boy, I chose to return to the SW MI farm country........ I want nothing to do with the over populated SE corner of our great state!!  | |

Haven't been passed Mt. pleasant since I moved back. Keep the city crazies down that a way. PLEASE!!! Kidding, but I no longer do city life, have gotten real spoiled to the quite and slow pace here.
