Because it is and I chose it to advertise the fact that I refuse to eat the waste product from the brewing process (after all the lovelly goodness that goes into making beer is used up) with loads of Salt added. And the manufacturers reckon it is healthy. What product do you know of, starts off black and turns white when mixed and still tastes the of the same yucky stuff.. Eeeeuuugghhhhhh!
