| Erik the Viking's Poetry and other gems for PoF. Posted: 10/30/2007 1:20:44 PM | I wanted to pop in and thank everyone for their thoughts and contributions and all the wonderful e-mails. I will miss each and every one of you very much. Tomorrow when I have some time I will be e-mailing folks back and also exchanging some contact info here and there. The 2+ years on PoF have flown by and I have been given a rare and wonderful treasure, and that is not only to find happiness in my personal relationship, but also to meet a teriffic bunch of people from everywhere. Every single one of you has enhanced and enriched me in so many ways, many of you far more than you will ever know. To all of you I say thank you and I wish you the best. Good relationships, good humor, health, and longevity. I will not be an absolute stranger as of course the site is like a second home. So I may pop by for holidays or vacations to visit "the family" as it were. Tomorrow I will have more time and will finish up my e-mails and such. On that note I will leave you with an old Viking expression:
" May you live to be 110 years old, and may mine be the last face you see before Valhalla calls you home."
Peace and love to all of you! Thanks everyone! Big hug! ( Hey who's groping my butt? Hahahaha! )

| Erik the Viking's Poetry and other gems for PoF. Posted: 11/11/2007 12:35:21 AM | Lashings cuz! Of whipped cream and all those other goodies that is....
Erik the Viking has travelled afar And found his love Cyn on a far distant star Deserted the dating scene (not before time) While maidens despair coz they're missing his rhyme
But Erik has left us a lesson in Flair True love belongs to the one who will dare Who will steadfastly stick to the one they hold dear And even though sometimes they arent very near
His naughty cavorting with maiden and wench His lashings and those he sent off to the bench His quotes that left often my eyes rolling round But its glad that I am that he's now homeward bound
Departed from shores like the sea gods of old Has Erik the Viking, and yay just as bold Sped off in his longship, his lady beside Together they sail now, together they ride

| Erik the Viking's Poetry and other gems for PoF. Posted: 12/22/2007 10:31:33 AM | - TO ALL MY FRIENDS ON POF -
Hail to all my friends and kin A visit I make to wink and grin A wish for a season full of mirth A happy new year and strong rebirth
Cyn and I both wish you the best And hope that you're healthy and full of zest To all of your children, and family, and pets Live your lives well, without those regrets
I raise my horn to toast you all I welcome your tales within my hall We'll press the hearth and roast a boar And dance and sing upon the floor
And know that you all remain in our hearts Our friends and our kin who paint the arts So thanks for you words and thoughts of care And all the unspoken thoughts that you share

| Erik the Viking's Poetry and other gems for PoF. Posted: 12/22/2007 6:09:52 PM | God Yule min venn Happy Xmas my friend
The clock has turned back on itself so it seems I'm getting much older - not too old for dreams My days runneth over with travellers from far And me? I'm still home, but still watched by my star.
The music and laughter this home was built for Has returned in a rush once I opened the door A better yule gift could not wish for...I'm blessed And the gods still watch over me.. recent, a test.
The year has been long and more lessons are learned And sometimes these well worn old fingers were burnt But sword has been christened - a viking new born And he carries me with him tho from me was torn.
As all of the old ones, more travels he must But we'll meet again and in this I do trust The sword in his hand came alive - so did he And in these things I trust. In the Halls will sit we.
So its been an adventure as kinsmen draw nigh And each one that leaves, leaves from me too...a sigh But in knowing we know and that gods draw us near Its enough. Merry Xmas. Blest New Year cuz dear.

| Erik the Viking's Poetry and other gems for PoF. Posted: 12/23/2007 5:04:54 AM | A tricky little viking Stole a ship much to his liking On the water he was rowing Though not sure where he was going But he turned her bow to north And uncharted, just rowed forth Soon he found he'd crossed the border Spied a wealthy man's young daughter Rowed to shore and passion followed Heard a shot gun - viking swallowed Back to ship he ran (his pants down) Took to oars and rowed til sun down! Danger passed he cruised more easy Viking lovin aint so sleezy So he rowed up more the coast line Rowed all night into the sunshine Morning broke and then he spied her His own Cyn with child beside her Heart was lost and also rhythm And his ship went into spasm! Spun in circles, bucked like horse Some arrival...from this bold young Norse Then Cyn she saw this silly boy Not weilding well this stolen toy And soon she split her sides with laughter Eye was caught...held ever after Viking sank his chariot bold While showing off if truth be told! Then had to swim to shore to her Arrived like a cat with plastered fur Oh what a sight beheld Cyn's eye The man she'd hold until she die There dripping wet on bended knee Love held in his eyes - will you sail with me?
Love to you both And may the coming year hold you hail and hearty And bind you closer still

| Erik the Viking's Poetry and other gems for PoF. Posted: 2/21/2008 5:55:15 AM | Better n' chocolate! That just sounds like it HAS to have a poem to go with it!
- BETTER N' CHOCOLATE -
"What could be better than chocolate so sweet?" Asked the girl without hint of deciet For chocolate is a pain killing thing Rich and so wonderful, fit for a king
Chocolate comes in so many great ways That's why we see it on great holidays Valentines, Easter, and Christmas or Yule If you dont like it you'll seem the fool
"What could me better?" as the girl asked But grinning widely with mind yet untasked "Here let me show you." He offered then this First to her neck, a soft sensual kiss
"That was real nice." She slowly giggled "But still not better, boy I hardly wiggled!" Nodding and smiling he winked an eye "That's just a warm up." His tone was so sly
Then a caress and kiss to her thigh Oh how she jumped with widening eye "That's a bit wilder! You big go getter!" "Still in my judgement,.. chocolate is better."
Nodding again but still with a grin He said "Okay but I just begin." "Just wait a moment before you judge better!" Now as his fingers touched her she got wetter.
Then with a smile and a wink he moved down Placing his tongue on her sexual crown Oh how she gasped and cried out in glee Moaning and panting and in a frenzy
Heart pounding fiercely and loins growing wetter Lost to the thought that chocolate is better Soon on her hands and knees gasping for God Using the moment with no facade
"So is this better than chocolate?" Grunting and moaning she'd hesitate "Oh God yes! Better than chocolate I'm sold!" She now conceded before lover bold
But when he left her laying without breath Satisfied, happy, near screwed to death She then leaned over and smiled again Pulled out a chocolate bar! "Gullible men!"
- Erik - Have a happy chuckle girls! | |
