Women carry the burdens of the world, even if we dont get the credit we are due.. I was always told by my mother that we run the world, we just do it behind the scenes. And we dont want it anyother way!
One Flaw In Women
By the time the Lord made woman,
He was into his sixth day of working overtime.
An angel appeared and said,
"Why are you spending so much time on this one?"
And the Lord answered, "Have you seen my spec sheet on her?
She has to be completely washable, but not plastic,
have over 200 movable parts, all replaceable
and able to run on diet coke and leftovers,
have a lap that can hold four children at one time,
have a kiss that can cure anything from a scraped knee to a broken heart
-and she will do everything
with only two hands."
The angel was astounded at the requirements.
"Only two hands!? No way!
And that's just on the standard model?
That's too much work for one day.
Wait until tomorrow to finish."
"But I won't," the Lord protested.
"I am so close to finishing this creation that is so close to my own heart.
She already heals herself when she is sick
AND can work 18 hour days."
The angel moved closer and touched the woman.
"But you have made her so soft, Lord."
"She is soft," the Lord agreed,
"but I have also made her tough.
You have no idea what she can endure or accomplish."
"Will she be able to think?", asked the angel.
The Lord replied,
"Not only will she be able to think,
she will be able to reason and negotiate."
The angel then noticed something,
and reaching out, touched the woman's cheek.
"Oops, it looks like you have a leak in this model.
I told you that you were trying to put too much into this one."
"That's not a leak,"
the Lord corrected,
"that's a tear!"
"What's the tear for?" the angel asked.
The Lord said, "The tear is her way of expressing her joy,
her sorrow, her pain, her disappointment, her love,
her loneliness, her grief and her pride."
The angel was impressed.
"You are a genius, Lord.
You thought of everything!
Woman is truly amazing."
And she is!
Women have strengths that amaze men.
They bear hardships and they carry burdens,
but they hold happiness,
love and joy.
They smile when they want to scream.
They sing when they want to cry.
They cry when they are happy
and laugh when they are nervous.
They fight for what they believe in.
They stand up to injustice.
They don't take "no" for an answer
when they believe there is a better solution.
They go without so their family can have.
They go to the doctor with a frightened friend.
They love unconditionally.
They cry when their children excel
and cheer when their friends get awards.
They are happy when they hear about
a birth or a wedding.
Their hearts break when a friend dies.
They grieve at the loss of a family member,
yet they are strong when they think there is no strength left.
They know that a hug and a kiss
can heal a broken heart.
Women come in all shapes, sizes and colors.
They'll drive, fly, walk, run or e-mail you
to show how much they care about you.
The heart of a woman is what makes the world keep turning.
They bring joy, hope and love.
They have compassion and ideals.
They give moral support to their family and friends.
Women have vital things to say and everything to give.
HOWEVER, IF THERE IS ONE FLAW IN WOMEN,
IT IS THAT THEY FORGET THEIR WORTH. | |

well maybe one is more powerful (moi)
when someone figures out what gender the higher power is. V
we will probably have that answer.

Since you're roughly the same age as me, does that mean you were raised as a man in a "week" (I believe you meant 'weak'...LOL!) minded generation? Oddly enough, I was raised in the generation of equality - one where I was taught to view women and men as equals. Coming from such an upbringing, I feel that I don't have to sugarcoat my statements in order to appease anyone. Unlike yourself, I'm not some isolated gun-toting computer geek who needs to shamelessly suck up in some vain attempt to get laid. I've seen your posts and man o man are you obvious!

As per usual, you're way off base. Dad was pretty much in charge of most things until his death, then my mother took over in my teens. Ironically, I don't think you realize that you just implied that a mother in charge of a household is a bad thing. Tsk, tsk..naughty comments like that make me wonder if your dad wore the dress in the household.

First off, I'm going to address the comments in a more broad kind of veiw(mainly because most comments are recaps on what someone else said, plagurized into foriegn craftsmanship, known as another individual).
Well, MrDecember... I'm sorry that I'm signalling you out, but that made me laugh when I read Sammys comment (my apologies to you too, Sammy). I too would like to hear the rest of it, lol. Einstien is my favourite person :D did you know he was In the holocaust? one of the only to escape (2 people escaped)(maybe 3). did you know hitler was half jew? Born in Austria? formed his hatred towards jews, based on a single individual, that would not let him into an Art University... Yes Hitler was Dreaming of becomming an Artist, but his dreams were put to a hold, and he pulled a VERY big tantraum, lol.
Well, anyways, before I trail off into a whole new subject, I do like reading FULL comments, hahaha. Just so there are no confusings, MrDecember, I am not laughing at you, I'm laugh at the fact that your comment, going into its climax, halts at a complete stop in mid air, left in dorment, not to be reviewed before hastily hovering your mouse over the Post button. Assuring yourself that everything must be right, and of course proving your point, bringin down your finger gradually pressing down on the left clicker, posting an incomplete comment onto the forum, leaving little to the thought supposed to be provoked. Now on to more serious matters (yet, still leaned). Sneak57 (sorry), I agree with you fully. My first statement was unjustly said, and left me, infact, Oblivious to the purpose of the POF site. I'm glad that you enjoyed my article and I know that you know that I now know you understand my first statement on the previously posted comment, was a set of meaningless nonsense that I must of, at the time, put together to mock, and dismiss the question at hand (which I am very sorry for). To my understanding, that statement I had made, only displays my own arrogance and strong headed thinking, that hinders my own ability to see the truth.
Though hindered, I didn't do that bad explaining myself :D
Anyways, to others:
I can't believe that one would actually evoke the idea of equality (which Women had of course tried to obtain, with a great deal of hard ache. Not to mention the many of men who are so self absorbed by "egotistical independence".) and instead of enforcing the equal rights, are set on imature idea's of "women are better", "Men can overpower and are more intellegent", "I'm the most powerful", though this last one could be justified.
We are not A-sexual, first off (like I clearly stated in my previous comment) and we are many, who have more serious matters of urgency than trying to prove to each other who the most powerful is. There is no answer, though I like story about Womens only flaw.
As I read in one of the comments... Women have bigger brains then Men... To MrDecember... It actually does make Women smarter (sorry to say) (OMG, I say sorry alot) Women have more brain cells in the frontal lobe, allowing for enhanced common sense and a greater memory capacity. Yes, thats right, Men have memory deficiencies (though, it may be genetically reasonned). Men also tend to have a greater sex drive due to an abundant amount of tetostrone. With Millions of sperm being flushed out with our piss, and reproduced by I believe 3-4 different organs in your balls and genital area, Men, if looked up in the dictionary, can be best describer as natures Sperm Machine. lol, and if you only knew the half of it, but to post all the information I know about why Men are considered (also by scientists) Sperm Machines, would greatly increase the space I am already taking up with this post. So in that respect, Women are smarter because of their greater brain size (which is mainly due to the fact of their role as a nurturer, which is not infeasible for men) leading to that sense of greater power, or what I would like to call "manipulative recap". This is the process of bring up previous subjects as aid to an argument or disagreement between partners. If your still with me, congrats :D
Now, as I said before, We are equal, and to deny this will just continue the power struggle that we have undoubtedly set forth upon ourselves. Men, respect women, for we have caused them GREAT pain in the past and owe them that much. Don't fall seduced by what I like to call "seducive manipulation", you represent men, and we are not mindless drones who can be hypnotized by lust. Women, the same goes. If you seek equality, be satisfied when it is recieved (I can't stress it enough, the past, though horrid, is the past). Don't try to manipulate men, thats just provoking the idea of "men on strings" and again, empowering one gender over the other.
If you disagree with my post, tell me exactly what you think, just like sneaky was brave enough to do :P you think we are not equal? explain your reason, and prepare to hear from me again 
  or this one---> though just one form of media, it still does try to promote equality, dispite the constant individual acceptance incapabilities. I say live for your self, not for your gender. Live your gender, not it's life. Accept the opposites, for the same is unatural (though I will not judge your lifechoice). Accept one another, for life is short.

Woman are soft, they control emotions, they have soft skins. Their eyes can turn a man's heart over. Their touch can make grown men tremble. Their soft voices can sooth the more powerful of men. They are weaker, they have more compassion.
So who is most Powerful???? Women. Because with all that softness women can bring down the most powerful of men thru emotions. They can break the heart of the coldest Killers. They can tear apart the soul of the greatest heros. | |
