With so many end of the world prophesies it can be hard to keep it all straight. No kidding... I have a hard enough time with birthdays and anniversaries without having to remember when the world is going to end... sheesh. I'll believe the world is going to end when I see a Hallmark card for it.

The world was supposed to end in 1984, and 1999, and 2000, and last month. I'm not too concerned about this date. As well, the Christian Armageddon calls for 42 months of peace first. That certainly hasn't happened. Don't lose any sleep about it. Still 42 months of peace isn't really that bad, is it? ;)

Better yet, let's take back some of the authority that we allow world leaders to utilize and hopefully they won't drag the lot of us into these idiotic situations where armed conflict is the result. There has never been an ivory tower built that can't be knocked down.
