Either way congratulations on all the responses for the party so far. It looks like you are going to have a houseful. Good luck!

| Olathe Party Saturday, October 14th, 2006 Posted: 10/1/2006 7:53:46 PM | Love to join you all but I have my High School Reunion that weekend and I always attend my Reunions to see if I'm still the only SINGLE Wildcat holding out for God's Blessings.
Although, I don't drink away from home so I would probably have a dull time if I was able to attend. So have a blast and stay off of the highways if you gonna drink. I don't want to have to use my Law Internship to bale you out of jail for a DUI (HAHAHA).

| Olathe Party Saturday, October 14th, 2006 Posted: 10/2/2006 6:39:29 AM | | discgolf, consider it done...and thanks for spreading the word. Heartwithclass, so far the age range for people attending is from 22 to 72....so yah, come on out, it will be fun. Smithfly, we can clear the street of cars, and throw down some saftey flairs if your interested in making this a fly-in event...LOL, I've heard those Tri-planes are very manerverable. Princesss, as far a entree goes its totally up to you. To clarify the original post...most people bring a small side dish, veggie tray, beans, salads, egg rolls, deviled eggs, crab rangoo...pretzels....chips/dip....crackers and cheese and cheese type spreads is a big hit allways, its easy finger food that goes well with a big get together.....deserts or chocolate...etc too....As far as entree goes, alot of people dont mess with bringing them, its more for personal consumption like you own steak, we are referring to more of a grill item... example being, I wll probably bring a steak to cook up as my entree, and a side dish to share......hope that makes sence....the sky it the limit...bring what ever you like, and something to share...its BYOB, tradition is a bottle of wine or two..lol,....which is fun to try all the differant ones....kinda like a wine tasting and food festival....now not eveyone brings wine...which is cool, some like to share their favorite beer or specialty drink..say rum and coke...or even just an icy glass of Coke, or near Beer...because not everyone drinks alcohol.. Its a community event for sure...and turns out to be alot of fun... Well everyone, this thing is lookin like its gonna be quite the event....hope to see you all there, and if there are any other questions...just ask. ttyl............Bill | |

| Olathe Party Saturday, October 14th, 2006 Posted: 10/4/2006 8:02:03 AM | | 81 people so far?!! I hope there's available parking. Other than eating, drinking and great conversation, are there any other entertainments planned? Dancing, karaoke, mud wrestling, beer chugging, "Single's Got Talent", "Single Idol", "Dancing With The Single's", "Survivor:Single's Party" ...You get the idea, right? Icebreakers. I'll be there and looking forward to meeting old and new friends. | |

| Olathe Party Saturday, October 14th, 2006 Posted: 10/4/2006 3:31:36 PM | Activities??? LOL, what do ya think this is some kind of freakin cruise ship...No activities are planned. The past parties have really centered around everyone getting to know each other, well along with stuffing ourselves with food and drink....lol. If you looking for some wild club scene, with dance floor/loud music and Karaoke re-enacted, you will be diappointed. If we wanted that, we would just meet at Funky Town or some other club, besides those kinds of events are a dime a dozen.....so if thats what your lookin for, this isnt it. That being said, I have seen people dance and sing at these events, usually the later it gets the crazier it gets, The King Size Waterbed in the guest room has its own tales to tell, but its not public knowledge...lol. What happens is the Guest Room stays in the the Guest Room and Cambell's Soup isnt the only thing....thats MM Good...too fun, , ....lol. Anyway, I hope everyone is able to stay and have a laugh or two, and meet a bunch of new faces and friends.... | |

| Olathe Party Saturday, October 14th, 2006 Posted: 10/5/2006 10:29:47 AM | | When I sign up for the party, I found 91 people had sign up also. Of the 91 people who may attend, 76% were guys and 24% were girls. Is this the normal ratio of party attendees? Thats approximatelly three guys for every one girl. Doesn't sound like munch fun for us guys. Anyone have imput on this subject? | |
