Smythe! Thanks for the heads up!! We're going!! See you in the mosh pit!!

Ok maybe not.. lol... but we'll be there on the grass somewhere!!

I looked at the Family Values Tour website, and the Molson Amphitheatre website, and ticketmaster, and nobody seems to know what order the bands are going up in.. any ideas? All I can gather is that Korn and Deftones will be last (I hope Deftones finish the show with Changed)... do you think it will be like a full set or just a few songs..

The only "REAL" concert I've ever been to was Green Day last year and there were a bunch of smaller bands opening, a few songs each, and then of course the headliners did about a 2 hour set. I hope to get at least about 7 or 8 songs out of the Deftones.. I just hope we get there before they go on.. the man has to work so most likely we won't get there until around 5 or 6pm...

Some shows I'm going to in the next month (in London and Toronto): Saosin, Mikoto, The Casualties, Alexisonfire, Bad Religion, Comeback Kid, Underoath, Moneen, Dragonforce.

Mhhhh... marry me.

I saw Protest the Hero last nite it was pretty fxxking sweet. I would have given my right arm and leg to have seen Darkest Hour, From A Second Story Window, Misery Signals and Verus The Mirror.

Throwdown, Zao, Evergreen Terrace and Maylene & the Sons of Disaster are coming to London, I think I'm going to that.

Alexisonfire and Everytime I Die are in London, same with Protest the Hero and Avenged Sevenfold.

I'd love to go see Underoath and crew in London... hmmm.

Nice. My list would be very similiar. hehe.

Did you hear about Boy Sets Fire breaking up? On top of that Josh broke his back so the last show is cancelled. I wanted to see them :(

I saw them open for, I think, Avenged Sevenfold and Saosin, a long time ago. Good stuff.

I'd love to go see Underoath and crew in London... hmmm.

Do it :) You can get tickets online, but I doubt it will sell out. They aren't too popular, are they? I last saw them open for Thrice. It didn't seem like too many people were into them at that show.

I wonder how many people dismiss them just because they are a christian band. I did at first, but they are just too good to ignore now :)

Anyone here hate Underoath?

Did i see dragon force listed?

Come ON... these guys SUCK. They have ONE good guitarist.. but their vocals, drumming and "keyboards" are attrocious.

They have a horrible stage presence and and are immature litte asses "If you don't stand up while we play you are gay" is a comment from the bassist.. while they played at Ozzfest.

A7X SUCK. California whiner rock.

Hatebreed kicks ass, Disturbed are cool SOAD are whiney.
Trivium is making some waves these days.. go check them out.

I like a lot of heavy stuff. Strapping Young Lad is my fav right now. I like Cradle Of Filth and stuff like like too. Also "As I lay Dying", "Bleeding Through",Devil Driver and moldie oldies that still kick like Destruction, and Kreator. The faster and heavier the better.

CHritters!

I cannot believe I have forgotten Exciter..It has been so long since I heard that name. I have one or two of their albums...on vinyl..lol Thanks for bringing that metal ghost back!.I will be looking for some of their stuff...THey just seemed to have faded away from my collection and I really liked them at one time..I also really like Slayer. I think they are like the "Black Sabbath" of the metal scene.
