| Any punk/metal/hardcore music fans?

Remain, Nightmare, Crimson Shadows, Your Enemy Closer, and Crimson Mask are playing in Scarborough at The Kilt and Maximum RNR, Full Clip Orchestra, The Murdersquad T.O., Hollywood Swank, Twisted Hazard, Nash The Slash, DOA, and The 3Tards with the drummer from Sacrifice (Gus Pynn) are playing at The Kathedral in Toronto. | |

Never got into the punk stuff, but hard rock/classic rock and metal all the way lol 
There are so many new bands coming out that totally rock ! These along with the bands of past eras make for an awesome CD collection 
Some Of My Faves :
- I Mother Earth (cannot wait for a reunion show  )
- Theory Of A Deadman
- Saliva (Broken Sunday kicks azz !)
- Audioslave
- Silverchair
- The Four Horsemen
- Velvet Revolver
- Incubus
- Finger 11
- Breaking Benjamin
- Default
- And of course the classics...Zeppelin, Sabbath, Priest, Maiden...ok if I keep going I am going to miss the next concert 
There are also so many elusive bands that just never get played enough...or at all...so a big "hats off" to them !

*looks at his current winamp playlist*
here we go: a perfect circle, AFI, alice in chains, buckethead, alexis on fire, billy talent, disturbed, fear factory, godsmack, incubus, kittie, korn, linkin park, rammstein, pearl jam, rise against, metallica, staind, tool, system of a down, slipknot, slayer
now for the rest of what I listen to . . .it's basically anything rock/hard rock/classic rock(some of it)/prog rock/punk/blues/jazz
if it has guitar in it I'll lend it an ear . . .I might not like it but know it's there for a reason, and will learn some basics of the style even (can't stop learning . . .that wouldn't be very productive for me) | |

DK, DRI, Dayglo Abortions, Treble Charger (before famous), Bad Brains, Bad Religion, Forgotten Rebels, The surfers, The Cramps, Operation Iv, Slayer, Metallica, Primus... or anything Les put his hands on, Pantera, Ministry, Zombie, Pissed Jeans, Hives, Dropkick Murphys, Carbon Carousel... oh man the list goes on and on.
Some of the older stuff I listen to every now and then. I laugh at some of the shit I used to listen to... but I can still get into most of it. | |

If I am ever listening to the radio its usually a college or university station like 88.1 or 89.5 ( toronto) you can always count on catching something good no matter what type of music you like... Don't let the daytime political shows discourage you, its worth having them programed into your car stereo. Check and see if they have online schedules. | |

I grew up with bands like Jimmi Hendrix, Helix, Montrose, Thin Lizzy, Molly Hatchet, Lee Arron, Kinks, Monks , Ramones
and of corse Anvil,--- rock on ... B.T.W. Motorhead and Nashvill Pus-y Revrend Hortan Heat at the Docks Sept 2nd... see ya there!!

They used to be part of His Hero is Gone. One of my cousins was in Severed Head of State.
