But now I just go to the 25+ clubs because dancing with those younger crowds is kinda un-fun although the music is good. Over here in Toronto I'll go to Smooze or Devil's Martini or maybe hit up the lounges like Tangerine, Pur Supper Club, 8 Below.... nothing wrong with older people going out to have a good time. | |

I usually go out in local clubs too, the atmosphere is different though and you tend to get more odd looks (and feel a bit old lol) but the London clubs are the best. | |

Posted: 10/8/2006 9:20:27 PM | its a bit tough venturing out solo for the first time since going back to my teen rowdyness, fortunately for me there are two clubs within a mile of my doorstep -they both feature live bands nearly every night. -i love going just to kick back and listen to loud 70's-90's rock. -they have a dance floor -if i/m feeling ambitious, and i dont need any hammerpants -(thats the surest way to get your ass kicked), no dress code either, so all you need is a black t-shirt and your favorite blues to have a great time.  anyone afraid to get out and explore nightlife -dont be shy about it - just get out and do it... | |

Its hard to find a club with older people in it without it being boring. But I sure like to dance, so anytime I can get, I go out and dance. I love to dance.  | |

When I was in my 20s I wouldn't dance unless I asked a girl and she said it was ok.
Now I'm 40 and I just go out and danc with by myself if I want. Wants the point in asking a girl to dance anyway. Its just stupid.
Usually I just join a bunch of girls dancing with themselves and have fun.
I think dance clubs area baddd place to pick up people. But, there fun!! | |

And gernerally i am impressed with a guy who can actually dance ...not just stand there and look pretty or just do the grinding crap that most guys think they are doing so wonderfully! lol lol lol! Big turn off guys!

Nope, I still go dance every now and then. Mind you I dont bump and grind like the kids do these days but I get up and have my fun. Couldnt care less what they think. Its about having a good time. Infact I purposely dance like an idiot. | |

Also just joined salsa classes as they wicked fun. Guys theres a way to meet girls. they always short of fellas at these things. I also olan to have big clubbing weekend over the new year period. And most holidays are planned around clubbing. IBIZA here we come . lol never to old to ddance. best friend is nearing $$ and she still busts a move. depends on our mind frame and fitness. Miki | |

You're never too old to dance. But, I noticed that the later you go out, the younger the crowd, but the better the music is.

I think the only time I'd go to a nightclub, is if I had a date.
They're just not my thing anymore, the loud music, the smoke, etc.
Ever seen those personal ads, "Tired of the club scene?" LOL....that's me. 'cept I forgot to put it in the ad.
Even if I did like doing it, my friends are all married, and stay home. And I wouldn't like going by myself anyways. | |
