Posted: 9/15/2006 9:35:10 PM | Well ... I'm not BBW, but certainly not skinny. I'm 5'3" and weigh about 140. Believe it or not, most of the men who contact me are looking for skinny little ladies. What really strikes me as funny about it ... most of them with those preferences are guys with big fat sloppy bellies.
They get all upset if a lady says they are not into the big fat sloppy bellies but it's okay for them to request the skinny minnies!
It's nice to see that there are men out there that want a woman with some meat on her bones! | |

I can’t tell you the name of the person, but I was surfing POF the other day and I ran into a woman showing only a picture from the neck up. She listed her body type as ‘Average’. Now I am no anatomical wizard but if this woman weighs less than 300# I would be amazed. Look for her picture, you’ll find it. You can tell a lot from a facial picture and believe me this tells a whole book. But again, if she was honest, I am sure that people who like BBW would love to meet her. But I don’t know, she does look mean in the picture. So good luck to whomever. But site confidence rules, can't tell you who it is! | |

And for anyone who is a proponant of the Cave Man Theory, it is only natural for any person to be stimulated from a particular manner of consistency in symmetry. Typically, people gravitate toward others of a similar structure. So it doesn't necessarily make a man shallow or superficial to be turned on by a voluptuous and chesty girl. It's only shallow if he doesn't have any interest in who she is, in befriending her as he would someone of his own gender. (The love can only become as deep as the friendship is real -- authenticity is everything in a longterm relationship). If you're going to bring someone into your life, it won't be for long if your only motivation is to use them.
The only problem for those who are trapped into only being turned on by girls of this stature (myself included here), is that beauty creates a kind of celebrity that doesn't require any talent or accomplishment, which easily corrupts an individual; and this leads to as many abuses from the female side of the divide as the male. When your body becomes a form of currency or commodity, it can lead to equally shallow behavior on the part of the person given the opportunity to manipulate a suitor.
Personally, I wish I could find the same rush in a skinny girl, but I can't (although it would make my life a lot easier). Either way, viva la voluptuousness! | |

I think she looks gorgeous (exotic818, I'm not coming on to u or anything, lol). And a little exercise can go a long way. Even though you might not see a physical difference, it will improve your health, which hopefully takes more presidence than appearance.
And I really agree with those of you who said that while everyone has their own personal body preference, but if you're only looking for that in a mate, the relationship is nothing but shallow.

Hmmm ... Well, see here's the thing. When a guy up and asks for what he wants he opens himself up to this sort of abuse from women. --not to mention the other guys who mock him for having a fetish. Even if he has one, so what? Isn't the point of the exercise here to find people of compatible interests?
Blondago, the way I understand contracts is that when people enter into them they can alter the terms so long as they both freely agree. If the two of them are satisfied in every other way and it's worth it to her to cut him loose sexually without divorcing him, what business is it of ours? If God was a witness to the vows and all that follows, then God can just as well be a witness to whatever new agreements they make and bless those agreements as well.
Now, if he's lying to her about what he's up to that's a whole different thing. But did you bother to check on that? Doesn't seem like it. So pardon me but I think you just dumped on him first and asked questions later. Shame on you.
For the record, I'm separated. My ex and I are still friends because we worked things out with the help of a good therapist. There are certain financial benefits _to_her_ that I don't want to deprive her of just because we're through as romantic partners. I now live 600 miles away, left with her agreement and blessing, and have started a new chapter in my life. She's doing the same. We're both happy for each other and excited for each others' prospects.
And no, I didn't cheat before I left. I remained celibate for 3 years and resisted some _very_ tantalizing offers along the way from some very lovely and voluptuous women. Thank goodness I don't have to go through any more of that!

My point was that you called him a pig before you knew the full story. Calling someone a nasty name is always a shameful thing to do. Nothing wrong with calling out bad behavior, and betraying one's vows is certainly that. But two wrongs don't make a right (though three lefts do!). I don't know how well or badly he's handled his decision to do something about his sexless marriage. And who is to say who broke which vows? If she just cut him off then what about the part where she promised to love and honor him? If she unilaterally breached her vow by refusing to show him physical affection, who cheated on whom?
You jumped to a nasty conclusion and got abusive. I find that an offensive thing to witness. I think you can do better in future, and I'm asking you to do so.
There's a difference between giving honest feedback and dumping. I respect you as a person. I understand your distaste at an ostensibly married man trolling about. But if you're going to dump on him, as you did, you can expect to hear some objections.
It's not an easy situation to be in, being cut off. He might well be blowing it. But your response was neither kind nor helpful. What exactly did you hope to accomplish by calling him a pig in public? If I were a practicing Christian, I'd say that you violated the protocol that Paul recommends for dealing with people who offend you--to first approach them in private before calling them out in public.
No, you called him out in the ugliest possible way without bothering to consider him as a troubled and perhaps failing human being. Shame on you for that.
The only reason I bothered to tell my story was so that when you checked my profile and saw that I was separated (about which you might also note that I'm being honest), you wouldn't just dismiss me as one cheater sticking up for another so you wouldn't have to look at your own choice to dump on someone.
My comments about your behavior stand. As far as his behavior goes, once again I must say that if he's been lying to his wife he's in for a world of hurt. If so, shame on him for that.
