I wouldn't want to date a man that was 5' 11" and only weighed 130 pounds, I would find him way too thin. I know what I'm attracted to and that doesn't make me shallow. There are men who are attracted to those of us who carry extra weight.

There are a couple of clubs in So. CA that cater to the BBW's.(I have never been but visit their websites). Some of the guys I see on there are pretty young looking, some even in their 20's. I have dated in the last 6 months, maybe 12 guys. I say guys, because I have yet to meet a man. I know they are out there and not all men are boys, I jst happen to be in "the zone" to meet them!
Of the 12 men I have dated, about half, well, maybe 8 of them will take me out 2 or 3 times, then just throw it out on the table, "no I am really not looking for a relationship, I know that is what your ad said, so I just said that so u would talk to me. I really just like BBW's and I think u are sexy, so what do u say? Can we have sex?" Not in so many words, of course, but that is the gist.
Of the others, at least 3 have met me at the FIRST MEETING, where we are in our own cars meeting in public for coffee or a drink, they ask: "instead of coffee/drink, can we just get a 6 pack and a room?"
The last Minority will date me as long as it takes, and then once we are intimate, they tell me they just wanted to fool around, no strings attached.
So basically, my sisters, I am informing you that I have noticed a slight trend. Since I only dated 12 guys in the last 6 months, I can't say much more, but just a notice.
Seems as tho SOME guys are just answering ads for BBWs no matter what u want, and acting as tho that's what they want, so they can have sex. (I havn't had sex with 12 guys, Im just saying!) Be aware, once u meet them the story may change.

He messaged me first, and there has been no mention of sex, and he emailed me after he got off work and told me I was prettier than my profile pic.

And yes, then you guys wonder why are so non trusting, and why we have to set boundries and ground rules for dating. You want the sex right away, and that is ok to move in a fast pace, but you want everything else to move slowly. Well you can't have it both ways, if you have intimacy with a woman, she will want more, generally speaking. So guys take a good look at yourself deep inside your heart, and ask yourself, do you want a long term, or a just a booty call? Rather shall I say, it the "whole individual" in which will light my fire!! Sure we all might have some preferences in regards to height or beards verses clean shaven and so forth, but when all is said in done, it is all about who you are inside, and how real you are. I probably only have one issue and that is if a guy is shorter than me, than I feel uncomfortable, because I feel like I am towering over him, and that is just one thing I can not get past. Other than that I am attracted to the smile and the eyes of a person...because those are the doors and windows into their souls...I am speaking for me and not anyone else...because we are all free to to have our opinions, even if someone else does not agree.

This is the decay of our society, if you want to be single be single. what ever the reason you don't love her anymore is all about you and your choices. so at the very least take responsibility for it. Then take care of the business end of it by finanically taking care of her. I'm sure she would love to stop do your laundry and taking care of your household chores and get on with her life as well. Do the stand up thing, tell her and let her make the choice to stay or get out. Personally my life began the day I found out, I've really suprised myself at what I can accomplish. I am not fond of monster weenies....... but with our big beautiful size we often need those extra inches. For me, I like a man for what he is.... though I do have a preference for NOT skinny..... I dont want to feel like I am going to break a bone when we hug....LOL
I can usually find something attractive about most anyone..... just would sure like someone Honest..... not saying the words just to get laid...... then guys wonder why we women are so hesitant with them....
But I remain ever hopeful.....
and on another note..... I havent ever participated in any forums before, but have on a couple since joining this site. Reading some of them, I see people that make me say, wow there is someone I would like to know. Just wanted to say thanks for that. Being very new to this area, it gives me hope.
