| DOOR OF TEMPTATION Posted: 4/5/2005 9:24:01 PM | DOOR OF TEMPTATION
the door of temptation awaits you and if you dare to enter through you must live with what's on the other side and the tarnish it leaves upon you
if you tangle with deception futures are changed by your choice no matter how many apologies it's still just from your voice
if you're stronger, than you thought then you have walked away you've made your own decision you're faith, you didn't betray sam

| PLACEMENT Posted: 4/5/2005 11:27:32 PM | PLACEMENT
where do we actually fit in is it where I assume or where you presume is there any variation or is it how we're cultured personal opinions indeed yet, we all ponder the question what the other is thinking of us does this indicate no self-assurance or just simply curiosity would it make a difference or make you change anything so I ask again where do we actually fit in

| HAUNTING OF THE PAST Posted: 4/6/2005 12:12:56 PM | R.R. I hope this makes sense
HAUNTING OF OUR PAST
in our lives, we've made mistakes we have all said or done something that now we wish we'd lack not realizing the repercussions, then. this learning process we know now, can not help us change it back
guilt and shame revisit us often scarring our minds and souls cleansing these, will start the healing yet, we can not go back in time and change the past, to rid ourselves of this feeling
we move forward to improve our inner moral values and make peace at last to forgive ourselves completely is an impossible illusion in the haunting of the past

| THE HAUNTED HOUSE Posted: 4/6/2005 7:01:15 PM | almost everyone in life growing up, has had an old house in the nieghborhood, that everyone says is haunted.
THE HAUNTED HOUSE
the house that stands, dark and still incasing ghosts, by it's will flickering lights, behind it's shades paint and shutters, in need of aids crooked steps, gaining height dared to climb, hiding frieght lump in throat, you take a stair letting them know, you accept their dare stomach turning, knots galore sweat is streaming. close to door smell of rot, through the crack wanting so bad, to just run back but, knowing the teasing you'll endure you enter the house, very unsure dust and cobwebs everywhere old glass owl, with deadly stare old black mirror, with broken glass cast the memories of those that pass something moves, from behind you turn to look, yet, nothing to find running as fast as you can go eyes are welling, tears do flow past your friends, as pale as can be something that you never, wanted them to see never stopping, until your home backyards the farthest, to ever again roam

| THE DAY AWAITS Posted: 4/7/2005 4:49:50 PM | THE DAY AWAITS
Cool morning, Sounds are dimmer Fog delaying The sun to shimmer Frost left Upon the sills Showing us Nature’s skills Lifting slowly Apparition clearing Numinous visions Disappearing Clouds arising As they spread Now the sun Is overhead The day awaits The lives we live Knowing it’s got More to give

| ECLIPSE OF WORDS Posted: 4/7/2005 8:56:20 PM | ECLIPSE OF WORDS
You speak of things; you think I want to hear Partial truth, that comes in thirds One of doubt, one of lies, and one of love What you utter, merely an eclipses of words
For your actions overshadow your speech And your choices conceal your belief Leaving me to sort it out by myself Creating nothing more than misery and grief
Now go and cover yourself, forever and always And let me exist and finally take pleasure in living Hide behind your words in a different place And find someone else, who is more forgiving

| WHEN LUCK IS THINNED Posted: 4/8/2005 5:34:57 PM | WHEN LUCK IS THINNED
A friend in need, so far away Not quite sure, of what all to say Try to uplift his state of mind As I hear his life, slowly unwind Feeling awful, regarding his pain Knowing he’s on unsound terrain Detest the fact his luck is thinned Wishing it soon, to find the wind To rise above the challenge presented Before he becomes to relented Listening and caring, is all I can do Knowing: when tables turn, he’ll be there too

| NIGHTFALL Posted: 4/8/2005 10:12:14 PM | NIGHTFALL
Serene Silence, as the sunset fades Light to dark, like changing blades Different colors of vanishing shades Brilliant to black, nature parades Graceful alliance of flowing cascades By no means ending its faithful trades Beyond time of endless decades Never fearing the dawning’s raids Always prevailing as darkness invades

| WHAT THE ZEPHYR CRAVES Posted: 4/9/2005 8:28:24 PM | WHAT THE ZEPHYR CRAVES
Enclosed in the hushed woodlands Secluded within, curtains of leaves The winding tree limbs overhead Produce the distorted coiled eaves As a gentle wind passes through The foliage bends and waves Unified in flawless dance Is what the zephyr craves Expressing its subtle control Only rather faintly at this stage Not hungering for more or less Just elated to attain this engage Creating scents of tender bouquets That drifts in the midst of this retreat Natural fragrances of the wild Fairly delicate as well as semi sweet

| SHEDDING SKINS Posted: 4/10/2005 6:50:46 PM | SHEDDING SKINS
All through life, we shed our skins We grow and learn, new life begins Leaving behind the days gone past Only our memories shall our souls outlast Someday forward, in a much simpler place All our skins, will have left their trace
Sam | |
|
| SHEDDING SKINS Posted: 4/10/2005 7:51:26 PM | Sam~absolutely love "Zephyr Craves". I was told by a very wise person many years ago....we are like an onion. We all have many layers, that's what makes us unique. Each of our layers are similar, but different. That's what makes us who we are...as per life also. Thank you for reminding me of that person. | |

| SHEDDING SKINS Posted: 4/10/2005 7:58:17 PM | Thanks newly, Something about spring, and opening the windows again, brings out my love for the wind. It always make me feel alive and free. Sam | |

| HOLDING MY BREATH Posted: 4/10/2005 8:49:42 PM | Holding my breath
I quietly watch him, still from a far Feeling my breath, begin withholding My heart, beating like a hummingbird The infatuation begins unfolding Rational thoughts elude my mind Longing to approach this alluring man My body desiring to touch his skin But not quite yet, in destinies plan So I’ll sit here at a distance for now Until he senses me in his heart My urges get stronger by the day While waiting for my breathing to restart
Sam | |
|
| HOLDING MY BREATH Posted: 4/10/2005 9:58:37 PM | It's a pity to wait for the unknown No serenity has chances to own
Too much beating may result in a heart attack So keep slow breathing forth and back
Yes, keeping the distance is a wise decision to commence It just may be in an instance that the one will eventually sense
