Posted: 1/10/2007 4:15:49 PM | I'll be there with my parka on.....brrrrr! After Rotary though - can't really go out for wings and not go to Rotary - that would be un-Rotarian.
Melusina knows what Rotary is if'n some of you other folks don't.
I'll be stuffed full of Chinese (food, that is) oh, yeah, pick your mind up and pull it out of the gutter
but save me some wings and 
be there around 7 ish

I live somewhat near Rotary park, does that count? I heard it has a population late at night, but I wasn't aware of any of them being chinese.. hehe. | |

Posted: 1/11/2007 6:22:56 AM | Thansk to al those who made it out!! Bad Monkey, TCPL, Old Cola, Melusina and Newif. My Mom and I had a great time, but yes we did have to leave pretty early. So I may have missed the arrival of a few late comers. Hope you all made it home safe and no-one broke down or anything.

Posted: 1/11/2007 7:27:50 AM | Hiya LC - None of the "Newbies" managed to make it out (unless they came in and couldn't find us? We did keep a look-out.) 
But - Cinn-ful managed to join us after she was sufficiently Rotated. In fact, we have the beginning of a plan for a Princess Tiara Party (I'm going to start a thread sometime today to get input from everybody). We did decide to allow boys, provided they either wear a tiara/crown, or dress like a frog. 
To all who weren't able to make it last night: You suck!  We had fun without you anyway!  (and hope to see you out either next week and/or the 20th!) | |

Posted: 1/11/2007 8:50:37 PM | So, yes, I did attend the festivities last evening after Rotating sufficiently and getting stuffed full of Chinese. Had a fantastic time with Melusina, TC3P0 - oops, I mean TCPL, Dwayne (can't remember his "code name") and Old_Cola.
We thought we had Hi Ho Silver in our midst but it was not to be. Just some other guy sittin' at the bar. So after I made a sufficient fool of myself we came up with a great idea!
One plot already hatched by Melusina in the way of a Princess Tiara Party and the other cooked up by TCPL and Dwayne. A plan to create a sign of sorts to signal POF'ers to join the fold. It started out as a balloon in the shape of a fish and ended up being some funky new fangled neon lazer zappy beemer type thing. I think NASA might have to build it.
I'll leave the rest of the details up to TC3PO - he can prolly explain it better.

Posted: 1/11/2007 8:59:39 PM | Nope... I was at work till midnight.. but hey at least they got everything finished during the day today so no more 12 hour shifts!!! YAY!! now to rebuild.. Anyway, a sign would be awesome :D is anyone going out before the 20th or is the 20th the next date??
Oh and thanks for the new nick "Hi Ho Silver", for some reason i think it is going to stick..  oh well! what can ya do!!! | |

Posted: 1/14/2007 9:55:43 PM | We dont meet anywhere in particular but usually end up sitting at the tables by the bar. Just look for Melusina and I. Not sure if many others attending, big party on the 20th so some are staying away for a few days.

OE: Seems my pic was out of line! Yikes, no more pretty mountain scenes for those of you who admired it! You'll just have to visit Kananaskis country and take your own pictures from now on, lazy sods!!! | |
