As far as the Darrenator...um...uh...YIKES!!!! I have heard a ton of freaky, sometimes scary stories about internet dating, but um YIKES!!! Darren needs some real help. Overall it is a hilarious, albeit somewhat scary story. Thanks for posting it OP. Was a good laugh.

Would the story have been more palatable to you if he was an Irish Catholic from Jersey? Would you have laughed then, or would you have automatically attributed his behavior to his religious and cultural background like you have done with Darren? It stands to reason YOU are the only one doing the Jewish/stereotype correlation here and not any one of us.
Nobody has said or implied that Darren Sherman did what he did because he was a Jew. Even his date, Joanne (a Jewish woman on JDate), thought he was disgusting. In fact, it was Joanne who released this to the masses. Take it up with Darren or Joanne.
Please, someone does something idiotic like Darren did and people who laugh at his idiocy are being accused of racism? Put your money where your mouth is and prove where any one of us on this thread have said anything relating to his Judaism. Oh, and for the record, the copy/paste on the original thread was from a Jewish publicist who found Darren's asinine behavior just as funny as we have.
Put away the racism card. It is no longer carte blanche to shut up those you don't agree with. Ironically, those who are crying about some fictitious label are the very same one's labelling US as racists. Puh-lease!
Finally, this racism card is being pulled by someone whose profile makes reference to "middle eastria.". Now THAT is rich.

imho, the mans a tw*t, and if he was struggling for a date prior to this, then he hasnt got a cat in hells chance now. lmao. | |
