Well Lucky first of all I would like to say to you and Paladin you both are very nice looking thank you for coming to my forum. You know I know we all do it I don't understand why some think it is a bad thing. But, I have brought it up around some of my girl friends before and you would have thought I was giving them details of how I murdered someone!!! And yeah we dont have to but when you think of the alternatives such as having multiple partners and things becoming unsafe, masterbation almost takes on a biblical like quality!!!
As for you east tx do you have any idea how many times women fake an orgasim just so you will stop your empty attempt at giving her an orgasim. I know guys I am not trying to upset you here but not all women feel comfortable in telling you that when our leg is twitching don't start traveling else where with your tongue. That is the sign you should be looking for. STAY THERE !!!! DON'T MOVE!!!! And unless the girl is just a dead fish you guys are going to get yours no matter what.
Maybe there are women that can reach orgasims quickly, but unfortunantly I am not one of them I need some special attention to that sweet spot!!! You know the one that made my leg twitch that you totally ignored!!!

Posted: 9/10/2006 8:09:32 AM | Alot of interesting comments and viewpoints I see on this topic. I just wanted to confirm a few points about masterbation and multiple orgasms. Actually, I used to test how many times consectively I could get hard and reach orgasm. I have done 5 times, but as you get older that stamina is hard to keep. I agree that it is very important to a man that the woman know how to express verbally what she wants during sex. Nothing worse than a dead fish, it takes all the pleasure away. I am totally a believer that if you take care of the woman first (foreplay) that the sex is better. The problem is that men are wired to come in 2 to 3 minutes and women reach orgasm on average between 12 to 14 minutes. Masterbation for men or women is a good alternative for sex, but like alot of good things if you do it too much then it can cause problems with your health. I am open minded so talking about sex doesn't inhibit me but I can see here in the Bible belt it can be a problem.

I'm a litle shy about saying what i like but given the right encouragement i can let a guy know. It's nice to know so many guys are into foreplay. Sex without foreplay is boring boring boring. I think if a woman gives a guy indiviual attention 1st with out bringing him to the end then he in turn gives some to her, it gives him a little time to cool off but the attnetion to his lady keeps him from losing anything. ( hope that makes sense)
Not sure if this works or not since i`m not a guy, but for guys who get there too quick... i heard if you try to think about something else it will back it off for you. I'm pretty sure as long as your still doing what feels so good, most women wont even know. One guy told me he recited some thing in his head to keep from going early. | |

I am from Michigan too. Unfortunately, a man's penis is a muscle so when it becomes weak, thinking about something else during sex isn't effective in holding back a man's orgasm. A man has to train myself to realize the point of no return and use one of these techniques. Natural Ejaculation Control Technique, Masters and Johnson Squeeze Method or the Start-Stop Method or use Drug Therapy ie. Viagra.
A. The Natural Ejaculation Control Technique is a process where breathing techniques are combined with meditative efforts to stop premature ejaculation. Premature ejaculation is due to the weakening of parasympathetic sexual nerve that keeps the ejaculation valve shut. To hold the erection up and tighten the ejaculation valve, a couple of physiological factors are needed.
1. Basic resting potential in the parasympathetic sexual motoring nerve.
2. Continuous burst and burning of testosterone to charge the nerve during sex.
B. The Masters and Johnson squeeze method describes stimulating the man to the brink of ejaculation. When the man feels the onset of orgasm, he squeezes his penis hard enough to inhibit ejaculation and to partially lose erection. Practicing this technique allows the man to successfully gauge his sexual response and determine the amount of stimulation he requires to orgasm so he will be better prepared during intercourse or sexual activity.
C. The stop-start method is a similar form of training the man to control his ejaculatory reflexes and to better understand and measure sensations from sexual stimulation. For this method, the partner stimulates the man until the man instruct the partner to stop before ejaculating is inevitable. When he feels like he has regained control, the partner will continue stimulation until he instructs the stimulation to cease. After this cycle is repeated three times, the man is allowed to achieve orgasm on the fourth cycle. Like the Masters and Johnson technique, a progression steadily rises so that the degree of stimulation (ex: from manual to oral) increases each time, culminating in intercourse. This method requires a partner's cooperation but has been successful for a couple's mutual benefit. | |

Frequent masturbation and ejaculation stimulate acetylcholine/parasympathetic nervous functions excessively, resulting in the over production of sex hormones and neurotransmitters such as acetylcholine, dopamine and serotonin. Abundant and unusually amount of these hormones and neurotransmitters can cause the brain and adrenal glands to perform excessive dopamine-norepinephrine-epinephrine conversion and alter normal brain and body functions. In other words, there is a big change of body chemistry when one excessively pratices masturbation.
Note: Masturbation is a healthy sexual behavior. Like other behaviors, when over practiced or addicted it can lead to both psychological and physiological imbalances.
The symptoms resulting from over masterbation:
Fatigue. Feeling tired all the time
Lower back pain
Stress / Anxiety
Thinning hair / Hair Loss

thats not entirely true.. or even true for the majority. especially on the female side. You just need to learn more about the female body and how to use that knowledge to your advantage.
If im in the least bit horny, and i just lay down and start masturbating, It takes me anywhere from 8- 30 seconds for me to have an orgasm. 8-30 SECONDS. thats no where near 15 minutes :/ And ive shown my exboyfriends exactly how to do it to, and my most recent ex.. Practiced a lot  And he can give me an orgasm in 25 seconds. Now. THEN sex becomes unfair. So where as i can have 32 + orgasms in an hour span, from foreplay and sex. He gets... One. Which seems unfair, i admit. but he never minded. | |

Im not going to tell you how often i cum or how quick..sorry i draw the line there. I do know i`m multi and i wasnt before i got married, just since my divorce. Maybe its because i finally reached my sexual prime??? Who knows. Of course you couldnt tell my ex i wasnt already at my prime when we were married..lol, make that first married.
