| Would you date a cop? Posted: 1/25/2009 5:39:25 AM | I would date a cop. Why not? You can't live your life in fear of something happening to him or her. People die every day by other means. Your executive could get hit by a car tomorrow or have a heart attack. I would be very proud for what he does. If the connection is there, don't run from it because of his/her occupation. Life is too short for all of us not to experience happiness when it presents itself. | |

it's the person that would cast the deciding vote, not the profession*
(*mercenaries, hitmen and arsonists aside...)

Thank you for the message. All the best with the policing, but I've had too many awful experiences with coppers. Take care, and keep it real!

Had been doing it for years and still loved his profession. Even in his personal life everything seemed black & white. Cut & dry. Usually it is not their job to decipher the gray areas. That is left to the courts. And there is a lot of politics involved in some cases. I do wish more of them could see deeper into it. As I wish more people could look past the pristine uniforms and ominous weapons.
