*edit* VVVV actually, I see that scenario as being worse. At least with a bet you are able to choose the guy / girl. Being the "prize" in a lottery? I don't think the guy would be getting much of a prize. My opinion anyway.
I definately wouldnt sleep with someone for a bet, I have more self respect than that.
Slightly different: A friend of mine is going on a girlie night out this weekend, one of the girls who is supposed to be always 'game for a laugh' is handing out raffle tickets to a load of good looking guys, shes giving the dj at the club the tickets in a hat and who ever has the winning ticket gets her for the night!!
I have to admit that i have had sex for a bet. It was Grand National day,there was this Horse (a dead cert),i'd had a few drinks and one thing just lead to another. i'm not proud of myself.And to make things worse it was later revealed that the horse and been doped and the jockey was banned for excessive use of the whip.
