Only 1 is mine, the rest are here from M-F......they do keep my house warm (no, not child labour), they just seem to have so much energy (4 boys, 2 girls) and they run around a lot.

| When do you turn your furnace on? Posted: 9/15/2006 2:52:31 PM | | I turned mine on last night for the first time this season, had to take the chill out of the air, brrrr it was chilly last night.I like to sleep cooler when I go to bed,so I turn it down to about 15 at night and cuddle up in my blankets and flannel sheets...I don't go by any sort of time line or date,I turn it on when I'm cold. | |

Not all of us can just push a button and magically make everything warm. I can't believe anybody would start a thread that gloats about how easy their life is. It's just apalling.
Some of us still have to shovel coal into the heating barrel, in the middle of our kitchen, for warmth. I am one of those people, and not ashamed to admit it. Sometimes, when it's just too cold out, I use 2x4s from my walls for heat. I should knock that off, though. The roof is starting to sag. | |
