"deflated", I'm all for. Its a relief to take a load off their chest. Big breasts cause a lot of back and posture problems. Mind you, she should only do it if she feels she needs to or wants to. Not because her boyfriend or husband wants her to. As for implants.... I can't get over how superficial we've become as a society to even have this option. I watched this Plastic Surgery reality show or something a few weeks ago. It had this blonde woman who could not accept being flat chested. She didn't want just little muffins for breasts, she wanted pontoons which would give her cleavage. She had so many surgeries that her breasts didn't look right at all. So in this show, the doctor had to try and undo the mess, and redo the boob-job. I couldn't believe how important this was to her. After she had her fake melons removed, she needed to heal for a few months I think. So she was flat chested. Well, she would goto her son's drawer and take socks and stuff her bra. Her husband wasn't helping. He was pushing her to get bigger breasts as it was important to him. Regardless of the risks, which the doctor explained, he obviously didn't care. Boobs were his priority. I am quite content with my boobs the way they are and would never have an enlargement especially for a man.
