Actually I should rephrase that lol. Maybe it's because like has already been said; it's because you accept yourself more. I can only speak from a female point of view (as I have only ever been a woman) but when younger, there is so much pressure on you too look "perfect" that you can't relax and enjoy it. Alwyas wondering if he is comparing you to someone else, if you have wobbly bits where they should be firm (in an ideal world). When you reach a certain age you are more comfortable with what you have. I think it's more to do with gaining self confidence and being comfortable in your skin. | |

The only problem was, I didnt get any real joy out of it because I was trying to hard. Now im more comfortable in my own skin, I know exactly what I want, and I combine it simply with my husband wants and needs. Its great that he is younger than I, because he now knows what "real" pleasure is, be it sensual, fun or frantic, something he never had when he was dating girls his own age. In turn, ive learnt that he has alot more energy than someone my own age and he is more eager to please Its a hot thought when Im at work and I know that I have a sexy, loving younger husband to come home too each nite.  | |

No more caring if our boobs our in our armpits!!!  Seriously though, as we get older I think our priorities switch from ourselves to our mates (okay okay at least SOME of us anyways  ) and find that when the effort is made on one side then it begins to be put in on the other side. | |

One learns about their partner over time that what makes the sex better. This could be achieved by just sharing our desires and needs in a shorter period of time. I believe that simple communication and education makes the time factor irrelevant.
Of course, that it takes two sexually-confidant and communicative individuals in order to achieve this ideal state of being.
