| Breast Augmentation over 45 Posted: 10/1/2006 12:34:48 PM | Fanny, This may sound strange, but I'm one of those guys who believes if you can't look someone in the eyes when you talk to them, you'd best stop talking and move along. I admit, sometimes it's difficult but it can be done. If what's between your ears doesn't impress me, I'm not interested in the rest. if I see an attractive woman at the beach or the pool, yes, I'm going to look. That's a natural response. But I'm not going to go overboard ogling, etc. It's called respect. That said, it sounds like you should have your swimsuits made to order. | |

| Breast Augmentation over 45 Posted: 10/3/2006 11:03:45 PM | | Very simple for me. Quality over quantity any day of the week. Some large breasts are just ugly flabby and not fun. Not all large fall into this catagory. I don't want any hate mail here. LOL | |

| Breast Augmentation over 45 Posted: 10/4/2006 8:39:31 AM | OH wait....we need big boobs for a better life and a better man??????
That must be exactly what I've been doing wrong: expecting a decent man to accept me and all my flaws just as I would him. I gotta say, if your aim is for a man that will love you for your boobs, that order shouldn't be too hard to fill.

| NEVER MIND (Breast Augmentation over 45) Posted: 10/4/2006 2:46:24 PM | Ladies why can't you be happy with what God created you with? You should be grateful for
a beautiful healthy body. It is very ironic, people wants to looks like perfect, yet they
abuse their body with smoke, alcohol, fast foods, and little sleep. They also abuse their
psychy with drugs, toxicity, and ruing their spirit with hate, anger, prejudice etc. My point
is as long you are healthy, if you take care of your body, mind, and spirit; you should be
happy and content. We need to learn to count our blessings everyday and give thanks to
the Universe for what it gave us.
Foods for thougth. | |

| NEVER MIND (Breast Augmentation over 45) Posted: 10/4/2006 3:48:34 PM | For consideration: If you get a breast augmentation operation done, plan on maintenance followup procedures. ~15-20 yrs, sometimes much sooner.
On the plus side: new materials introduced in the last couple of years are far more realistic and much less toxic than older prosthetic materials in use.
In fact, some of the new materials are so realistic, its quite difficult to tell that its an augmentation result (presuming we are not talking about very large implants).

It is down to yourself. I know where I stand in this 'agenda' ... because my pair not only makes me feel good but also feels good.

| Breast Augmentation over 45 Posted: 10/7/2006 8:07:00 PM | | First let me state that I like slim women, an A cup, a B cup max. Now then..it's more about what a woman wants for herself. I once met a woman who weighed about 200; she kept saying that she was losing weight and had to get more to eat. I thought she was nuts. Until.....her friends came to visit. Not one of them could have been less than 300 pounds. So, her perspective was that she was too thin, which was supported by the posse who obviously wanted her to be as fat as they were. I have a friend who is five nine, and weighs about 170. She's insecure about her breasts, a 38c. Why? because all the women in her family are obese, and constantly try to feed her more because she's 'wasting away', and they make fun of her 'tiny breasts'. All perspective. Back to the OP. If you feel defective because your breasts aren't what you want them to be, then get them done. It might not change your life, but it will change the way you feel about your body. And that can make all the difference in the world. Because if you can feel confident taking your clothes off, that you are attractive, it will make a big difference in how much you enjoy your life. Take it from someone who had a birthmark removed from my face; anything you do to improve your looks will make you feel better. | |

Had to put my 2 cents worth in on this one. Ladies sure men look at BIG T**S but its the smaller/average breast that "Make the Rocking World Go Round"!!!! Thing change over time, they may sag some and maybe flatten out abit...but god they stilll turn men on! For me..smaller/average with nice hard nipples rock-it for ME!!!!

| Breast Augmentation over 45 Posted: 10/8/2006 7:30:37 AM | I think breast augmentation at ANY age is ridiculous, unless it is because of reconstruction after surgery. Every woman’s breasts have their own unique appeal and the most important thing is that they turn YOU on when I touch them because that turns ME on. Implants are the result of horrid advertising that is always a lie or a DAMN lie about how women should look.
If I were a woman and a man told me he wanted larger breasts, I would tell him to buy a cow and promptly leave him for someone with sense.

A friend of mine just had breast reduction and she said it hurt like hell!! I wouldn't go under the knife unless I absoloutely had too - way too much chance of infection and scarring, and to me it might feel like a violation of my body.
I have to say, it was the best thing I ever did. Yeah, sure it hurt like hell. I got over it with some recovery time and a boatload of Vicodin. I am thrilled with the results now.
My DDD cups might sound large, but they are a far cry from the L cup I used to wear. L being for long, or large, take your pick.
I did not do it for anyone else. I could not care less, I did it for me. Sports bras do not come in L, and I assure you even a brisk walk, let alone fencing, my sport of choice, was torturous before, and while they may seem terrifyingly large to many, they seem dainty and perky now to me.
It all boils down to what you want and what you feel is right for you. If you think it will make you feel better or more attractive if you do it, then hey, go for it. Weigh the expense and risks. Just make sure that you are the main reason, and not some dork who thinks your breasts are too small. If he likes them bigger, he can get the implants.

| Breast Augmentation over 45 Posted: 10/11/2006 1:56:48 PM | | acceptable, yes, it should be your decision a to do what makes you feel best, but..........36B ain't bad at all, The most Important thing is that you do have Two, (2), No matter if the are the size of mosquito bites, fried eggs, or honey melons. you know, one on the left and one on the right, Unlike so many women who like my X had them removed due to cancer. | |

| Breast Augmentation over 45 Posted: 10/12/2006 8:43:43 AM | Whatever age category you're in, just ask yourself this question: What is the REAL reason to augment your breasts?? Personnaly , i have small breasts and it suits me AND my significant other...I will probably never have the gravity problem as a large breasted woman...beaver tails are not my style..
Suggestion here....Working out on a specific gym equipment for the torso will considerably enhance your breasts...Trust me , i've seen the results it brings...A doctor told me once many years ago that my breasts would never come back to normal after losing 12 lbs in less than 2 weeks...They were flabby, flat and looking downward..I suggested implants...!!! I said just watch me...I will come back and show you that i don't need a scalpel and loss of my sensitivity to bring them back up, pointing the sky!!! Well i did return 2 years after that visit...I lifted my sweater in his office and said : " Look, i joined a gym and developed my upper breast muscle 3 times a week. You'd swear i had a tit-lift!!!!!" He laughed...Cost me only 300$ for 2 years membership and everything is looking UP.......
I just hope you're not thinking about having an augmentation for because you want to please someone else....

Before I had kids I had nothing. After breastfeeding two babies I'm a 36C. Thats 25 years ago. I guess some of us just luck. i was just wondering about it, do having kids and breastfeeding give you bigger bust in term of cup sizes or ribcage sizes as well?

| Breast Augmentation over 45 Posted: 10/23/2006 1:02:31 AM | I think that with any cosmetic surgery you have to first look at the reasons why you want it. If it's to make you feel better about yourself than fine..but doing it because he/she wants you too means they are not happy with the way you look and if that's the case then why are you together in the first place? I don't think there is anything wrong in wanting to improve a little on what nature has given you, especially at our age, I know I would defiantely have some things done to me if I could afford it, whats wrong with increasing your self confidence when you hit your 40's?..I say if you have the money and you want it badly enough then go for it. | |

| Breast Augmentation over 45 Posted: 10/27/2006 3:55:20 AM | Wow Suzzie! You have some serious issues with women who choose to have plastic surgery! Have you asked yourself why that is? Is it plastic surgery you hate or just women who can afford it? Did you ever stop to think that maybe some women have it done for self esteem, or after cancer surgery.. I'm not talking about Pam Anderson types.. but you lumped them all in together.. If I want to add new boobs, if my neighbor wants to add new boobs, who are you to ridicule me or anyone else.. You have some serious issues here, and you share your ridicule with your daughters. And by the way.. I have a tattoo on my lower back, do you think I would care if someone taking care of me in the future at the nursing home is grossed out about it?? Not likely... | |
|
| Breast Augmentation over 45 Posted: 10/27/2006 11:27:04 AM | | LOL... Fake boobs look good in a nursing home, they never lose their shape. I work with the elderly and quite a few have had breast reconstruction surgery after a mastectomy. They look great! There are others who have chosen not to have the surgery or maybe it wasn't available, and the foam rubber they have to use is downright uncomfortable to wear! JMO | |
