| Breast Augmentation over 45 Posted: 11/30/2006 10:06:32 AM | | I think any age is acceptable if thats what you want. I had a breast reduction 3 months ago. I went from 36DD to a 36C. I mainly had it done because of another surgery that was botched, but also I was tired of trying to get pretty bras and buying clothing that didn't fit properly......I am glad I went through with it, and there is nothing wrong with showing cleavage, big or small it is always sexy. | |

| Breast Augmentation over 45 Posted: 11/30/2006 11:39:17 AM | | honeybee, I agree...I had the same done at 40 but for different reasons; same measurements also, but done because they were always too big (think Pam Anderson size but born that way naturally) and the headaches and neck tension were horrendous...it was the best thing I ever did. | |

| Breast Augmentation over 45 Posted: 11/30/2006 1:29:11 PM | Not in my part of the world. My brests are a c-cup. I have plenty of cleavage. I would love to have smaller brests. Sag begins to be a problem aftre 45. I say love what you have. Why is important to show cleavage on your site? Show it to the man you love after you meet him | |

| Breast Augmentation over 45 Posted: 11/30/2006 7:13:41 PM | I would do it in the flash. Due to yoyo weight loss/gain, two breastfeding periods my breasts look like pancakes with a huge slob of strawberry jam in the middle (some can call it nipples - giantic nipples). I could tuck them under my arm pits.... - and I am not 45 yet. I cannot imagine to show them to newly accuired male companion. He would probably run with the speed of light. Do not tell me he would not noticed - he darn will! No dating until I get them done - it could take me a lifetime, but... Hmmm...seriously, I have a bloody problem with them. Can show off my legs, behind, arms, belly - but THEM? Do man really have to take off push-up/hide it all bras? I would prefer to have one permanently attached - not removable. Unfortunately all man I've met insisted to take the bra off - they never called back. Wonder why? | |

| Breast Augmentation over 45 Posted: 11/30/2006 9:17:57 PM | | I'll give you one man's point of view from personal experience. I had a girlfriend once who had had a breast augmentation and I didn't really like it. She said that before she had been quite flat. She looked fine in clothes but naked, well the shape, contours were not right. They looked unnatural. But, what was worse, they just didn't feel natural, texture wrong, too stiff. In addition, the surgery reduced the sensitivity ot her nipples to touch. Perhaps, with a different surgeon or a different girl for that matter, the results would have been better but I think she would have been better pff had she not had the implants. | |

| Breast Augmentation over 45 Posted: 12/1/2006 2:26:09 PM | Do not like anything but 100% natural. Have trouble with the un-natural look so many of them have. Anything that defys gravity or sticks up when it shouldn't looks funny (ha ha) to me.
I do not understand a woman who assigns self worth to the size of her breast. The hottest, sexiest women have I know, with one exception were A & B cups.
|
| Breast Augmentation over 45 Posted: 12/1/2006 3:08:02 PM | | Who's to say a "better man" likes them larger??? Lots of men do.. some don't. And, if you lost sensitivity in the process, that would not be a benefit. I say spend your money on your kids or something... You look fantastic already. | |

| Breast Augmentation over 45 Posted: 12/1/2006 3:41:41 PM | "My breasts are perfectly adjusted, so don't touch the knobs".
I like mine, they like me...we get along well.
Would not spend money on surgery in the name of vanity.
I am doing just fine the way I am.

| Breast Augmentation over 45 Posted: 12/1/2006 6:23:37 PM | The only breast sugery that makes sense to me is breast reduction. I am sure glad that my back doesn't have to carry around a heavy weight.
If the world doesn't like my breast, they will just have to get over it

| Breast Augmentation over 45 Posted: 12/5/2006 1:46:27 PM | You really do not wish you had large breasts.src=http://www.plentyoffish.com/smiles/icon_201.gif border=0> Especially since the chest muscle wall is just that...muscle. Muscle tissue sags as we age.
I think a 36 B can have good cleavage. Hit the Victoria's Secret and ASK for a fitting. The ladies there are trained for more than just sales. I did look at your pictures on your profile. Maybe a better fitting bra would do want you want and are comfortable too.
Big boobs don't attract the nicest of men either. Can you handle men talking to your boobs? Hey sister, it happens and it gets old real fast. Besides, you are nice enough looking and your profile is nice in that you shouldn't have to think that big boobs will be the reason you can get a man.
As an over-endowed lady I learned young that having a large chest has more problems than commonly realized. I'm not talking about the disorders and diseases but the everyday common things we take for granted. Riding a horse, playing with the kids on the trampoline, jumping off the end of the diving board, jogging, hurrying down a flight of steps, or just sleeping on your stomach are just a few of the things that are either painful or embarressing to do. Did I mention that eating in a resturant can be a challenge?...just try to sit UP to the table when there two bumpers pushing you back. Then last but not least is the type of attention you get is not as nice as imagined. <img src=http://www.plentyoffish.com/smiles/icon_201.gif border=0>
Boob-jobs to increase usually make your nipples stick out!! Permanently! Try talking to your minister, the carpet cleaners, the boy at the check out counter and being painfully aware your nips are stick straight out at them.
Nah, don't do it. Well, by this time on this thread, I hope you didn't do it.

They seem to get more favourites.
HAHAHAHA! Are you friggin serious? Do you think breasts make a woman? It's sad that a person of your age cannot see past physical appearance. Face it, your getting older, not younger, so don't try and compare yourself with some young big breasted female. Don't try and compete, accept yourself for who YOU ARE, others will appreciate you for it. Geez if I went out and bought some new breast's the only attention i'm gonna get is from the sicko sex maniacs and who needs that sought of attention? Be happy with what you have, cause it's gonna get worse!

| Breast Augmentation over 45 Posted: 12/6/2006 11:08:39 PM | From one man's view ... [a bit of an artist] aesthetics of the body seems to fall in and out of fashion. I think if you are into that kind of fashion statement then fine ... go for it. I like nature and aging gracefully ... sudden changes are always awkward. My ex before being an ex ... infact it was early in our relationship ... if she should get a boob job ... My advice was no ... they might look a bit better but won't feel as nice and besides I am really not a fan of surgery unless absolutely necessary. I agree with breast reduction if it is interfering with your life and ... I do think some men should have breast reduction.

| Breast Augmentation over 45 Posted: 12/11/2006 8:51:30 PM | I like boobs, big boob, small boobs, firm boobs, saggy boobs, I like boobs. (Sorry to use Cat in the Hat to make the point). Seriously, it depends on the woman. Trust me, a woman can be very sexy with no boobs at all. And natural (however you were made) is preferrable to the silicon manufactured variety. I would prefer a woman without implants regardless of her cup size.
And yes, some women with breast hypertrophy do get reductions to free themselves of excessively large and painful/bothersome tissue.
Oh, and one last comment, Anna Kournikova is a "B" cup (sexy tennis player).

| Breast Augmentation over 45 Posted: 12/12/2006 2:30:08 AM | Personally, I think that (with the exception of legitimate reconstructive surgery) there are only two times in a woman's life when she should avoid messing up the look, feel, and possibly the sensitivity of her natural breasts by paying some guy thousands of dollars to slice her open and then sew her up with large foreign objects left inside: 1 - At the age of 45 and above 2 - At the age of 45 and below
I also think that women are more fixated on fake boobs than men. If you really want to be more sexually attractive, lift some weights, do some cardio, and eat a reasonable healthy diet. You'll lose weight, save thousands of dollars, and probably live longer too.

Do you think it is acceptable for a woman to have a breast augmentation over 45.
I have seen the problems the operation has caused and am mostly against it. But, I would say that if it bothers YOU so much, then think about it carefully and do it if you must.
Just please don't go parading around showing them off to the world all the time. And don't get them so large they stop doing this

| Breast Augmentation over 45 Posted: 12/12/2006 5:48:14 PM | Ummmmmmm.....Sister Mary...., I think I am liking you more all the time!
there are probably many many more women at 45 who are in need of breast reduction than augmentation. I think augmentation should be done Only when there is some kind of very unattractive deformity or damage to the breasts...and "then" only very tastefully. the ridiculous obvious stiff over-augmentated titties are just not that attractive, as far as I am concerned. They are only eye catching under clothes. If you never plan on being naked with anybody... then... perhaps its ok? ha.

| Breast Augmentation over 45 Posted: 12/14/2006 12:02:01 AM | If you are going to do it, because it is something that you want, then who am I, or anyone else for that matter to tell you otherwise. I will say that if you are seriously considering having it done, then talk to women who have had the procedure. Do your research into the possible side effects and learn about what the risks are with the enlargement.
In the final analysis, whatever decision you make should be based on what YOU believe is best for you.

| Breast Augmentation over 45 Posted: 12/14/2006 3:06:07 AM | Most men don't care unless the boobs are really big - then its a turn off.
I have always wondered how big chested women felt lugging them around, and being valued for the size of what they were born with instead of who they are. And lugging a couple pounds of silicone perched out front will be a pain.
Reading between the lines I think it is a self image issue, and you confuse the cleavage attraction with the persona attraction.
Over 45? It is persona all the way, guys have figured out what big boobs are.
For the money, take a night course or six, have a spa treatment, and get a few things for the wardrobe.
It will make you feel better for longer, and you will know more. Think of it. Meet some nice guy interested in the same thing you are - in a night course.
