Funny how all his front teeth were knocked out at the age of 18
By his ol man who didn't drink, was a drill sergeant in the army
And this is just an informal survey that I've gathered over the years
But 90 % of all violent predators duin long time
Got beat early and often by some male posing as a father
Or caregiver, and very few rise above the scars

that love to periodically battle it out
amongst themselves
over turf
which happens to be
two lovely office trees
that sit on my front porch
one morning
at the crack of dawn
they were having
a heated argument
next thing you know
there was two sparrows
rolling around
battling it out
on the ground
little wings fluttering like mad and shit
They seem to do this
all the time
then they chill
on the branches

The fact that this song was written and created nearly 20 years ago shows that some people did care, a time I fondly remember when people rose up and questioned injustice before their eyes. I'm afraid we live in a time when people are too passive and way too focused on the welfare of obtaining of these products manufactured by multinational corporations themselves rather than the welfare of living beings.....
