I don't agree that seeing bare breasts destroys the mystery or appeal.
If the breasts look good enough they'll be appealing, whether naked or clothed.
Personally, I'd rather limit the places where people can be topless.
It's hard enough as it is to be in a workplace and see a woman who shows cleavage.

It's legal in Ontario. Not sure about the rest of the provinces. It was going to go to the Superior Court in the province but the government just legislated it was "Ok" rather than have a media circus about it. If u get down to the basics, if u see breasts they are just breasts.
In europe, been there a few times. U go to a beach or park and its a normal thing for people to go nude or topless at a beach, even familys with kids are with mothers who are topless.
Its no big deal actually. To see such a thing.

i visited barcelona a few years ago and went to the beach easter sunday. it was about 40 degrees, but those wacky spaniards were lying around nude. i had on a coat, scarf and hat and these little old ladies sat there talking without a stitch. i can't imagine how they could stand it! | |

hello!! take a look at a map....parts of southern ontario (where I live) are further south than a good chunk of new england...and quite a few states in the top 1/3 of the US!!
i live in a hot sticky climate from may-sept...and a mildly cold (think nyc or dc) in the winter.
