also, if women are scared enough about rape as it is then, walking around topless would be semi asking for it. you're already half way there.

not all guys would want to see all those bare titties in public or even find it a turn on.
i think too many years have gone by whereby bare female breasts in " public" ARE considered a tabboo and to far many men they would be considered sexual and it WOULD cause problems with SOME men who cant keep their hands to themselves and i guess because bare female breasts are considered a tabboo exposed in public , a lot of women would feel uncomfortable.
as much as i strongly believe in equality for the sexes i really dont think this would work, maybe if it was made " legal " worldwide from april 1st 2009 then maybe, just maybe by 2019 exposed female breasts in public by then would be no great deal for both sexes...........it would need time tho.
i have noticed tho in the UK in the summer months ( thats a joke in itself) there are lots of shirtless guys with women , but the woman never wears a bikini top to get her tan but she still wears a T shirt or something similar.........strange. | |

Was a flippin' hot summer the year I lived there. Would have loved to just take a quick dip in the river without a top on... big fine for breaking a by-law. | |

I was amused recently though. I plopped down and read for a while. When I got up to swim, I noticed that just in front of me were two girls in brazillian cut bikini bottoms... and behind me were an arab family with the two women in full burkhas, face mask and all. The juxtaposition was funny. | |
