oh ... and this ... white thing .... isn't that a bit politically incorrect and biggoted?
Too much whine .... not enough cheese. or maybe too much of both.
Personally.... I don't like skinny..... I like fit. .... and there better be some intelligence too.

Posted: 12/3/2006 6:59:14 PM | I am a white male and I like all races, I like fit, but not too skinny (not into expossed ribs and bones), I do like curves as well. It really doesnt matter though, I find a pretty woman is a pretty woman regardless of colour or race.
as you can see in my profile pics of me and my gf that I am not one of these "stereotypical" white men you speak of. She is beautiful and I adore her, her personality is amazing as well.
I think attitude is what will rule out people, I wouldnt date someone who acted ghetto just as I wouldnt date someone who was a redneck. I prefer the intelligent women who act with class, and lucky for me they come in all races.
buying into stereotypes only show your ignorance. you cant label anyone as a whole only as an individual. | |

It's just my preference, just as some guys are saying they like curvy girls, well I like really skinny girls. Have dated girls with an average build but I've finally come to realise that 'skinny' is my thing - especially if I'm looking for something more long-term (which I am). Maybe it's something to do with me being slim - looking for someone like myself (or skinnier). Dunno | |

Posted: 12/29/2006 2:08:21 PM | I'm white and I like women from all races and various sizes as well, I actually don't care for the paris hilton/lindsay lohan/pam anderson types.
If they are going to be very thin with regards to low bodyfat , I prefer that they at least have a bit more muscle as well, like the fitness competitors, otherwise I prefer healthy women
I think Salma Hayek is 1000 times sexier than those I listed above
Anyway, what kind of stupid-assed thread is this...I wonder what the person from the original post would say if someone here said "why is it white women with red hair only like super rich 6'7"+ guys with 10" c**ks".... it is just about as stupid

Posted: 12/31/2006 12:51:05 AM | In defense of the OP...True, we can't genaralize ALL men in one race or group as having the same tastes, BUT...It is true that the majority of White upper class men do want thin women and many Black and Hispanic men prefer curvy to large. I can't think of where you can get the stats on this off the top of my head, but have read it enough to believe it. Not to mention that as a chubby woman, I experience more non-white men going crazy over my pics than white.
My belief is that it is a matter of social class in White American men. More Southern and lower "class" men are chubby chasers. And men of color are often getting positive inforcement about bigger women in their heritage. I have even heard that in some poor societies bigger is a status symbol because you are "well-fed". Most CEO's have thin wives, I betcha.
I positively realize that there are exceptions to everything. Also, men who are artistic/creative often like either thin or thick. They tend to follow the beat of their own drum and not care what society thinks, so they will often just like who they like whtever size. And if you could get the stats from the sites where they list slim/average/athletic/a few extra pounds, etc. in the section of who they are searching for, I am certain you would see that it correlates with what I have stated.
But if guys have more to add about this, I'm all ears (or eyes). | |
