We were talking about pubic hair, right?

Believe it or not that is another thread on here But that was funny

Fedzbureau, I always find my amusement when someone without the guts to post a picture feels to involved themselves in a conversation that is looks based and then expects others to find validity in their words, I would respect comments from you on the evils of the internet :P

funny, this person sounds remarkably like the dearly departed (booted??) sara****, complete with word-for-word verbiage of his "admiration" of the female population...........of course, i could be wrong.

Looks like hell and makes you look older, as gravity is against us so cut your hair and find a man that appreciates you as you are and age is wonderful if you handle it with grace.

I cut my hair short about 2 years ago and everyone told me I looked 10 years younger. But I hated it and it made me FEEL 10 years older. I kept it short for well over a year but then let it grow out and I'm happier and more confident and I think this happy, confident, sexier feeling individual is the much more attractive of the two.

So I'm a firm believer is wearing your hair the way YOU like it!

Just because long hair looks bad on you, doesn't mean it does on everyone. Wtf is all this gravity crap? My hair doesn't cause any pull on my face or body. Find a man that appreciates you as you are! Handling your age with health is more important than grace. I certainly like attracting a man with my hair rather than short stubs that look like they are permed and even colored. I think shorter hair on some women makes them look like they have just given up and don't want to be bothered to do their hair. Long hair doesn't make you older!

Some women are beautiful with short hair, some long, some curly, some straight. Stop the stupid generalizations and act your age.

justem your hair looks nice on you, partly because your long bangs accent your face nicely. Wait til you're pushing 60 and have more gray hairs. My pic was taken last summer the day of a haircut and it is not colored or permed. One of the best cuts I got. I love long hair, three years ago it was the longest I've ever had it but I got tired of it getting all tangled up, finding those extra long hairs everywhere. I look a lot better with hair not much longer than shoulder length.

I think a lot of older women look fine with longer hair. I say if you like it and it looks good, go for it.

I think there are certain stereo-types about ages that can do this or that... in fashion, including length and style of hair...use a mirror as a guide, accent the positive, what looks good and down-play that which ought not to be exhibited....for example, I have seen newly single women over 45, suddenly deciding that they must look younger, so they radically diet, only to look starved and gaunt, wear skin tight clothing that makes them look shriveled or mimic the fashion styles of the 20 somethings. Ones looks change definitely, but we dont have to look ugly, or silly or age -defined.By the way, I had for the last 10 years, a female neighbor, who wore 2 or 3 new bikinis every year, and who was jolly and by her own counting was 83...her body was svelte, no cellulite and she looked just fine in her swimsuits.

Surely each is an individual...a good thing

Just look around you, look CLOSELY around you

Good judgment seems to go out the freakin window with some women
46-50 +

heck some think they can get away with posing in bikinis with their boobs
hanging out......again look around....hardly a way to put your best foot forward
in ANY setting

other older women are wearing ridiculous 'costumes' like over the thigh boots,

micr0, waay up the thigh skirts ! , bare midriff tops, baby-doll dresses,

jeans falling off their azzes, flaming FMP's, and assorted other inappropriate

get-ups !

If it weren't so sad and stupid, it might be more comical !

Just TAKE TIME to LOOK around.... ! objectively

Maturing women with long school girl hair, with bangs, might as well
add to the failure with the addition of ribbons and bows....better yet,
how about a few barrettes for good measure

I prefer long hair and I don't care what other people says that long hair is only good for the twenties /thirties ,my grooming is no bodys business but my business. And I don't lure a man by my locks for him to fantasize that is a shallow mentality.

Well I am 52 and have had my hair past my butt and as short as my ears. I have had the most compliments however, with the longer version of at least shoulder length. My two daughters 31 and 28 perfer me long locks.

I am growing it out once again to reach my lower back which it will. I think long hair in woman of any age is feminine and attractive as long as well maintained. Especially totally white or gray long to me is sexy.

Melody

PS: I also love long hair on MEN!! as long as clean and well maintained

I'm pretty active and in the summer I hestitate to say this but I do perspire. I like to be able to pull my hair off my face or clip it behind when I ride. In the winter it helps me stay warm. Besides it makes me feel more sexy.
