Posted: 2/26/2009 10:53:58 AM | what should be done about the peeps that insist on staying on POF after they have gotten married, engaged, dating, or 'just for forums'. this REALLY bugs me, those types of people are jeprodizing the entegrity of this site. it's suppost to be for singles to meet other singles. once you hook up, delete your account and don't waste the time of those of us who are still looking. 
or how about the lame-arse attempts at meet-and-greets .... they latch on to other events not sanctioned by POF and try to pass it off as their own (ie, the contemporary singles dances). LAME!! if you want to host a dance, do the foot work and organize your own.
the other provinces do a much better job!! i have attended many alberta events when i lived out there and they absolutly rocked. here the nights out are held at seedy dives in regina where the safety of attendees should often be questioned.  | |

the sad thing is this thread has been here longer than you have...lol
so make some friends and get on with life and leave the rule making to the people that own the site

I am one of those people who are in a relationship and are here for "forums only", I am, happily, taken. And, hun, I'm not deleting my profile....if this were only for singles, the option for "Not single/Not looking" would not be listed. In selecting this option, I am not wasting anyone's time, nor am I "jeopardizing" any of those here who are single.
OT: I should have been sleeping a LONG time ago, but yet again, the insomnia bug has bitten me.....LOL | |

lol thats because the only bars or clubs in sask are seedy and slimy
to be honest i havent seen a half decent clu in thi sprovince. they wiped out the last vestiges in moose jaw .
i dont think its a pof issue tho as to why sask events are few and far etween, i think its that albertans are usually more happy to meet in the middle rather than forcing everyone to come to them. although sask people are nice and friend;y , they arent as accomodating. in alberta people flock by the droves to the events even from different cities
mind you alberta isnt as repressed as sask , they dont even have peeler bars here and the only night clubs ive seen are usually underage meat markets
this isnt a burn on sask tho , merely the estalished clubs that are supposed to offer their services | |

Plentyoffish dating forums are a place to meet singles and get dating advice or share dating experiences etc. Hopefully you will all have fun meeting singles and try out this online dating thing... Remember that we are the largest 100% free online dating service, so you will never have to pay a dime to meet your soulmate.

I am not "trolling" on this site....as I have stated, I am here for forums only, not interested in meeting anyone. Did you ever stop to consider that getting dating advice from someone who was successful in finding their "soul mate" might be of help, to you, or to others?? And also, as I said, if this site were for "dating" only, there would not be the option to select "Not Single/Not Looking".
I should be....hmmmm....taking a nap, since I didn't sleep a wink last night...yawn. | |
