Very thankful for having a job with the way the economy is heading and for great friends after a very trying year. Seems the more troubled times you go through, the more you find out who your real friends are, because they always stick around... and family too, even though they're slightly dysfunctional Also thankful my health is getting back into shape and I'm losing weight and feeling great these days

I guess I'm grateful that I'm harder to kill than a c o c koach, and heal like an octopus. Also thankful for the great price of turkey when I went into Edmonchuk last weekend.

I am thankful that I wake up on the right side of the grass each day.

For the sun that shines upon my face.

For my children who are healthy, even if they are adults

For my health, for if not that then there nothing.

For the ability to reason,

and for the Turkducken that I am going to attempt to make.

Happy Thanksgiving to all and may we all give thanks for what we have!

I am thankful for my health, my wealth and my life.

I am thankful and grateful for the men and women who put themselves on the front lines day in and day out to keep me safe and secure: EMS, Fire, Police and our Armed Forces. You are unsung heroes and I am thankful you are willing to do what you do so I can do what I do.

If ya wanna try and show a little extra support to our troops, I think there's still time to sign a petition at a local radio station (K-97) to have 97th street renamed "Heroes Boulevard" in their honor

I am thankful for the following:

The dozen or so medical professionals helping me with all my different problems and conditions that I have. I probably could post a list, but I think that may be TMI for the board, so message me if you want a run down on all of them.

My job where I work with some great people doing something I enjoy doing with a great degree of freedom. I'll admit that my job isn't earth shattering, but I would like to believe that I'm doing my part to help the company achieve its goals and make the world a better place.

Social circles where I feel at home and welcomed. Most of these are new to me this year, like PoF.

To live in a country where I have the freedoms that I do in terms of being able to live my life on my terms and not have to fear violence or crime in the neighborhoods I inhabit.

My family is going through some issues, like all of my immediate family dealing with cancers back in Ontario. Thus this has been a sucky year in some ways.
