| Cheating and Private Investigators Posted: 2/22/2007 10:04:18 PM | | Prior to moving back to London, I was emplyed as a private investigator with a Toronto firm. Cheating spouses was the least like cases by everyone at the firm, People will hire P.I.'s as proof if there spouse is cheating or not. Regarding that show "Cheaters" I figure its a payback for how hurt that spouse is when there spouse is cheating. Glad I never had to do one of those cases. | |

( personality, attitude and even sex wise ( some of you will think thats nuts but while having sex with an ex i had a gut feeling he was during it , cause it wasn't like it always was and i was right he did. )

Need a PI ? hhaha.... Im for hire

| Cheating and Private Investigators Posted: 1/21/2008 12:58:18 AM | I noticed one of the ads on the site is a company that provides: tools and info on catching cheaters...Gps, spy cams, infidelity test kits etc. Everyone's entitled to earn a living I guess. And there was also a post I read recently (not sure if it's this thread or not) about a guy who installed a keystroke recorder on his home computer.
I suppose if someone is going thru a messy divorce that such techniques MAY be necessary for court. But I really can't see myself ever becoming a consumer of these products for cheating or any other reason. And the whole thing makes me feel sad for those who would. It's bad enough their spouse is cheating, but why turn their cheating activities into your home hobby? I just don't get it.

| Cheating and Private Investigators Posted: 1/21/2008 7:33:47 AM | Wow I take it you have made good money in your days with (domestics) funny I have never asked that much to do any file! After reading your price quotes I did call around and no one quotes that kind of retainer. With all the new gadgets the common folk can buy, you would be lucky to get a grand! What a surprise! a P.I that cheats! who would a thunk!...The business of being a P.I is shrinking due to privacy laws. and new regulations. Not because of over pricing. If you have a cell phone with GPS and key loggers, all the best cheat catching toys you need are right here! Try a store here in ottawa called spy -Tech you can be your own spy.I still have my gadgets. But already obsolete. P.I work is now pushing for welfare fraud, and insurance fraud. Bigger payouts .But if you can get a P.O.ed client willing to shell out that much cash.... I would like to know where you advertise? | |

Man I am not going to loose my life or put my family in jeopardy or danger. Also the person they are messing with could be dangerous as well financially physically and emotionally .I want to know who I am involved with.

| Cheating and Private Investigators Posted: 5/23/2008 10:08:14 PM | Well the way I see it is this. Cheaters are already planning their future, at the expense of mates who still trust them possibly, and dont want to think the worse.
Why give the mutts an unfair advantage? There is already somebody else involved if they are cheating and they do not have your best interest at heart.
Then there is the risk factor, if you suspect someone was trying to steal your money, steal your kids, put your life at risk, wouldnt you want protection? Pay money for an alarm system? That is what cheaters are doing , no different .
That spouse that cheats, their accomlice, has your destruction planned so they can feed their own narcism.
Yes, I would hire one if I ever go through that again, for sure.

| Cheating and Private Investigators Posted: 6/27/2008 11:41:02 AM | | Well, I have found that confrontation never works. I was involved with a very sincere, wonderful guy. I started to have some doubts and spoke with him. He denied, denied, not so much in words and backed it up with actions. He was covering his tracks. I just learned many months later just how clever at deceiving me, and others too. I probably could have saved myself those months had I hired someone. They probably would have found out a lot in a day that took me months to just get more suspicious. Should have followed my gut, you say? Should have gotten the facts sooner say I now. | |
