You are wrong. Why? Because men actually treat whores very well, and this drives other women crazy! 
Men treat whores with kid gloves because they want GOOD SERVICE, and VALUE for their money. Women love to put down some trophy date who's wearing fine clothes, jewels, riding in a luxury car and dining in fine eateries --- because they are jealous of the rewards! Rewards? REWARDS for good service. You think some whore who can't perform well is going to get those rewards? NO! Those women know WHAT to do, WHEN to do it, WHEN to talk about it and WHEN to disappear and not be seen. They are masters of social manuevering, and emotional fluffing. Men pay and reward whores very well for their socials skills as much as for their physical acts. Whores work hard for their money, but they realize it's all fleeting. A few wrong words, a bad night in the sack and she could be replaced. There is no job security.
I think what OP meant to say is she didn't want to be treated like a SLUT. A woman who just takes whatever her selfish boyfriend hands out. A woman who puts out and gets little or nothing in return. No person wants this kind of treatment and so OP is correct that she must demand better.
A whore has chosen to take her better treatment in COLD CASH. The street walker or sleazy Craigslist date offers cheap service for cheap rates. The high-priced call girl gives more than sex, she creates an entire aura of sensuality and empowerment around herself. Other women are jealous of the power and the trappings such whore has, but they also realize the whore is taking a shortcut by sacrificing emotional security.
Smart women realize they can have all the trappings AND the love if they are strong willed, determined and patient.
