Definately going to and co-hosting The All Inclusive New Years BASH at Burlington Convention Center to try something a bit more upscale and it should be fun. http://forums.plentyoffish.com/datingPosts5567759.aspx

Posted: 11/9/2006 8:36:22 PM | I think much like My Infusion...it is no fun to go out on New Year's...without a partner....so I will be staying at home...snug as a bug...watching the festivities ...on TV...lol...at least I won't have to worry about what to wear...or how to do my hair.... Hey, dar, wanna go with me? I think that I would love to take you to a party

I am soooo looking forward to New Years.....just for the simple fact of saying goodbye to 2006...aside from joining this site and meeting some incredible people, 2006 has been a supreme struggle.....will be very glad to see it go. (wont wollow, no one needs to hear my bellyachin, lol)
Resolutions??? Hmm......to get somewhere warm & tropical with my daughter (as promised during the HEIGHT of our supreme struggling this past year).....to lose a few lbs. (whats a womans New Years resolutions without THAT ).....and to open my heart to the idea of falling in love again because I want to & because I feel its "right", NOT because I feel panic-stricken and I have to.....there is no void in my life right now, just room for an added bonus....soon. *wink*
K....wheres the champagne?

I don't like getting slammed into by snow storms, -30 weather and drunk drivers. I'd rather be groped by my friends.

There is nothing like making a little extra effort to look good, dress up and really party to bring in the New Year, For the value all you can drink and eat what a bargain. Friend had a wedding there and they paid twenty-five more for the same food and it was a cash bar and there was no second fruit, cheese and dessert buffet at midnight... <img src=http://www.plentyoffish.com/smiles/icon_201.gif border=0> It has been voted the BEST Wedding and Banquet Center in the Oakville, Mississauga, Burlington and Hamilton Area since it opened.
Too bad they closed off the post with pics of the place. http://forums.plentyoffish.com/datingPosts5717996.aspx
New Year's seems to be very much a matter of taste and budget, but with the number of events going on throught out the GTA there is definately something for every budget and a variety of venues. Hope everyone has a great night where ever they go single or with someone.

| What are you doing for New Year's Eve? and any resolutions? Posted: 11/23/2006 8:15:14 AM | I usually make a resolution and stick to it, have quit many things this way.
For the past 13 New Years Eve's, I have stayed at home with my daughter, but this year she is 14...maybe I should get out there.
Either way I will have a drink and a few puffs and have tunes going...
People tend to flock to Jo's Pub and play darts with me...cheaper and safer that way, so we'll see!
Happy New Year Jo

As for resolutions- I'm quitting smoking. Finally. And joining Jenny Craig. Seriously.

| What are you doing for New Year's Eve? and any resolutions? Posted: 12/1/2006 8:57:53 AM | | I will be spending New Years Eve alone in my house thank you. No reason to go to a big party. I've done the big party clubbing thing to death. I would want to spend it with someone special but that isn't in the cards so ... it's me and****clark this year. | |

| What are you doing for New Year's Eve? and any resolutions? Posted: 12/1/2006 10:05:39 PM | Hmmm, let's see. This new years eve, I will be working nights, from 1130-730am. Which kinda sucks, but not really because it is considered a holiday for me, since the majority of my shift is techqunailly on Jan 1st.... so works out great on my part, since its time and a half.
As for resolutions... I really dont have one at this time. Maybe to start saving more money so then I can go on vacation or buy a car or do something fun. Maybe hit up AMSTERDAM!!! WOOO
