If someone treats you with disrespect, you have the responsibility to point out the error of his/her ways, as well as outlining the solution. If someone cannot or will not resolve the issue, let 'em walk. | |

Further more, most of you men believe that a woman has to be a "barbie doll" and built like a shi_ brick house, how many of you have taken a good look in the mirror - Most of you are not "Ken" either, however, you won't very often see a woman "drop" you becuase of that, they have alot more class than those men who depend upon looks alone. A woman wants her man to look good to, but she wouldn't disrespect you and have nothing to do with you like you men do to women if she doesn't look "perfect". When was the last time you opened a door, asked how her day was, asked if you could cook her dinner? When was the last time most men used the manners I know most of thier mothers taught them to have towards women? | |

I don't think it is fair to just point the finger at men, as some women also disrespect men and care nothing about their feelings. I have seen men in relationships lie & cheat as well as women. It is not a certain gender thing, I have to give men credit- they are not all bad at all. It is just a matter of finding the one that will give you the respect you deserve. We all deserve that. Some men & some women as well give no thought to the significant other, show disrespect and do not give a second thought to the others feelings. Notice I said SOME. | |

No Lookin. Thats a female attitude. Among men, paticualrily real men the ideal body is the female athelete, not the skeletal barbie doll.
And among real men taste is individual and that individual taste is accepted and respected. One man likes tall girls, another likes em fat. That taste is respected among men.
It's the women who treat men, with these unusual tastes, as a bunch of perverts, instead of the individuals they are. | |

Then say things like: I dont know what I want right now in my life. LOL! I know somewhere out there, theirs a woman who would actually be happy with being treated this way. But I do have evidence, my buddy ignores women and is totally irreverant. But they flock to him like geese to a pond. When will women(my generation) figure out that when you find someone like me, you hold on to them? I guess they rather have a ass with a fast car that lives with his parents, then a handsome intelligent gentlemen, thats trying to make something of himself. Sometimes I think I respect women too much. But I was raised by a single working mother, so I have to show respect. DAMN IT MAN! | |

I wont get into the whole sorted story..but I had a relationship with a man who didnt care about what I wanted as long as he got what he wanted. He pretended to care..but in the end..it was all about him. BUT.. i dont believe all men are like that. You have been hurt very badly and im very sorry about that. You have to try to understand that some men need a caring woman to put them on the straight and narrow. If you start a relationship letting them away with this kind of behaviour..it will only continue. Once you start dating someone and see that they wont change their ways..then get out of there. Dont stay and hope he will treat you better down the road. Trust me..there are many men out there who know how to treat a lady with love and respect. That can go both ways as well. We need to give them the same love and respect that we want. Hang in there. Dont give up on love yet. I know I havent!  | |
