the bottom line is many are just plain afraid they might get rejected I know i can only take so much of that and i need to take a break but there are lots and lots of people out there who would love to go out with you get to know you and god only knows how many of them you might really like as well its a big melting pot of singles and so many i look at and say to myself they are too classy for me but you know? i message them anyway cuz the worst they can do is tell me i aint fer them

Age is just a number. I see too many people scared to turn 40 and then when they hit 50 they do crazy things. I say, let's all be good to ourselves, each other and have some fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I notice some of the matching routines pay little attention to other search criteria by match on reported age. I get matches from my age group looking for "boys" and /or height restrictions leaving me out yet they still match me up. Many of the matches are smokers too. It makes realistic searching for use "wiser" folks more cluttered.

I started doing things that made me feel sexy and good about myself. I use to be chubby. I took up belly dancing. What a difference it made in me! I also picked up a (an old but wise) book called WHAT MAKES A WOMAN VERY SEXY by Julia Grice OMG! What an eye opener! I don't leave the house without makeup ever ever again. I dress to kill. I smell good where ever I go. YES sometimes life sucks! I have lost two loves of my life due to death! It is not always about whether you have someone in your life or not. It is how you feel about yourself. It is a battle we all deal with (sometimes daily). I feel good about myself now. I don't waller in my pity. I am at the point now - I'm looking for someone who complements me, and who will be complemented by me, not to complete me. Forget the idea that there is only one person in the whole world for you. There are many "right" people, and God will make many presentations to you. It is his plan to give you the right to choose. Good luck and God bless. Angel | |
