Posted: 12/21/2006 8:01:49 PM | Absolutely....I would...in a minute......the one thing about me is that when I am in a relationship....I devote myself to that person....yes I will still have friends...but that special woman will be the one that keeps my heart tingling with loving sensations....

Posted: 12/22/2006 2:29:42 PM | It would be my greatest joy to bid you all a fond and respectul adieu, were I to find a wonderful woman here in SoCal. I would delete the profile and purge the narrative from my computer hard drive, thus leaving no "bridge" back in case the relationship failed. I'm of the firm belief that if you provide for failure in a relationship you will most certainly see that {failure} happen.
I simply can't fathom people who say they'd like to stay on sites like these "because of the friends" they've made or "just for the forums". There are hundreds upon thousands of non-dating site message boards and forums out there for everyone's enjoyment. Go there if you need your fix.
Respect your loved one as you'd have them respect you.
So yeah, I'd leave. Heck, it's my goal to leave, since that'll mean I've found Ms Right.

stop the window shopping and tell those im'ers that you are devoting to the fish that is on the line.
if you were looking for dates in bars and you actually found one would you go back to the bar the next night?
tough to let go of the 'feeling good about yourself inbox' i know; but as great, and safe, and comfortable as online-ing is you are here for a reason... to find a real person. so if you do... push away the keyboard and devote yourself to him/her. or..... don't step out of the chat room.

I would not do it, and I believe I would be offended if my mate continued to chat on these types of sites. To me, it would tell me that he is still looking. | |

Rather spend my time and commitment into building a relationship with that special man than answering e-mails from others

Posted: 12/26/2006 6:17:33 AM | well I have met someone here.... were VERY serious about each other, I am not going to give up this site however, I love the forums, and I know he also enjoys them and we both have made alot of sweet friends here.... BUT we both have changed our profile to looking for friends only, and im about to change mine also to not single/not looking and my profile states im here only for the forums now.
