That article only tells half the story about his victims. The girls that gave him money in most cases knew him for less than 6 months before they went and took out loans to give to him. All it took was for him to spend some qt, whisper some words of love and woohoo, he was rolling in the cash!!!
I'm not defending him, if anything I think he's a disgusting pig, especially the way that he just walks away from these girls, especially our daughter!
As far as him going to jail, I think it's stupid, although I'm a bit biased on that topic because I think the **stard should have to pay the money back. Why do I say that? because while he's in jail, I can't take him to court for child support! So my daughter has to suffer with just my income because he "has to go to jail"
Besides, how does it make sense that he rips off so much money, then he gets to sit on his ass in jail while we pay for that too...wonderful canadian tax dollars at work! Hey, why not let him get some sort of degree while he's in jail, we'll pay for that as well!
I agree that these women were victims, but they also made themselves targets. At some point in your life you need to realize that you can't fall for someone just because they tell you that they love you. If I did that, I'd be poorer than I am right now and trust me, I'm pretty damn poor! | |

1) he was very good at lying about things, when he picked a profession (for me it was a medical resident) he did his homework. I could ask him almost any question and he'd be able to answer it.
2) I had phone numbers for him when we were "involved"
3) a few of his "friends" backed him up in the scams. when I asked one of his friends a question about Jagota, his friend actually answered it with a lie.
4) he had no problem introducing you to people like friends, family, "colleagues"
5) he didn't get any money out of me and I didn't get any diseases out of him...just a very gorgeous baby girl!! | |
