I heard the story credited to her saying that she had to crawl up the stairs to board their jet...
seems highly unlikely.
I'm not saying he couldn't do any wrong. Some claim it was well-known in some circles that all the Beatles slept with who they wanted when they wanted. When people have money and can be away for as long as they want whenever they want, who can stop them?
But other than hearing that loose statement, I've never seen any rumors of that even, so who could say it happened?
.... but this stuff sounds ridiculous. I can't think of how a person with as much money and as good a report in life so far, as Paul, would want to do that.
He's always been known as a nice guy and it's certainly not consistent with his public image. Why should we believe her?
If she had some proof, it would be one thing; but what's she got other than a desire for more money than he's willing to give her?

Her claims are extraordinary... to say the least. Show some proof.
Oh... on top of that, she THREATENED to tell stuff if he didn't settle their divorce more to her liking. I think she should just take her 5 or 10 million and buy a new leg...use it to paddle down the stream of life in her canoe of money lust... start over... Alot of people would crawl up an airline stair for that. Nobody saw, so what's the big deal? | |

She talked over them both like she was the most important thing in the world....I don't know if I could stand to be around her.
IF, and that's a big if, he beat her then he should have to pay for it. But you go to the police....you don't wait until you're getting the divorce and you want more money. I wouldn't doubt for a second that she made the whole thing up. | |

Either she was looking to further milk her association with a celebrity (i.e. reality show), or she knew exactly what she was doing from the start - she married Paul so she could take him down. She never loved him. She set out to ruin his reputation and gain some exposure for herself and her "causes".
Unless they're naked in these videos. In which case, Heather...that's not abuse. That's love, baby...love.
She deserves to spend the remainder of her days being forcefed meatballs while listeing to the Liverpool Oratorio on repeat. | |

I do feel sympathy for Paul McCartney. He was being interviewed by Charlie Rose and it was mentioned that Paul would soon be 65. Charlie was talking as if Paul's career were past tense. Paul McCartney did not take this well.
65. Paul is 65 years old. This relationship/drama crap is just insane at his age. He shouldn't be caught up in a "he said/she said" with personal information being made public.
The guy is entitled to a little peace.
Give her some money and send her on her way. Write some silly little love songs about it .

It may seem like much ado about nothing. But it is interesting. No doubt many of us will click on the MSN link when there are interesting tidbits of new info. This is like watching a car accident in slo-mo and we are cyber looky lou's!
But all four of these individuals had a great influence on us with their music and human foibles.

actually I disagree,...ClaireRoni ,...
and my first knee jerk reaction is to take the woman's side,..but not in this case,....you see the one thing I have learned walking upright this long is that you can't not be who you are no matter how hard you try and it clearly has never been this man's nature to be anythin g but a gentleman,....with how hard the mediea tries to cut down anyone as high up as Sir Paul,...don't you think they would have found it long before now???,....
The other reason I have trouble believing the assertions are because anyone who has ever watched someone they love deteriorate and die,....has a certain respect and view of life,....that beating a loved one,...goes against that view,....
I hope Paul learned a hard lesson,....and can let it go,.... | |
