| pet peeves Posted: 7/2/2008 11:29:50 AM | Seem to have a theme going.. Pet Peeve, people who bypass asking someone directly facts or questions. Going to someone else and asking will more than likely get you false information. Or in this instance, definately will. If you don't have the wearwithal to ask directly, you don't need to know. And on the opposite side of that. For the people asked, if you're going to answer for someone else, wouldn't it be a good idea to get your facts straight or shut it up!?!? | |

| Big ole pet peeve Posted: 7/3/2008 2:39:56 PM | | This probably belongs in the 'useful things to know ' forum but they make coasters that you can put under your furniture to make it easier to move. You can move it on wood floors and carpet. And they really work. I can move my armoire by myself and its really really heavy with a a large tv in it. | |
| Big ole pet peeve Posted: 7/3/2008 2:41:04 PM | | My pet peeve....when I type something, proofread it, send it, then find spelling errors. | |
| Big ole pet peeve Posted: 7/3/2008 2:41:12 PM | | Robbity, I can relate to the furniture. I hate it too. I dread when I have to move the entertainment center. I take everything out and it is still heavy as heck. I did buy those little coaster things that go under it to help it glide. It helps some but still gives you a nice backache. | |
| Big ole pet peeve Posted: 7/3/2008 2:44:00 PM | | Hey Kath762 we were thinking the same thing at the same time! Those things really worked for me, you do have to make sure they stay in place though. | |
| Big ole pet peeve Posted: 7/3/2008 2:46:19 PM | I really like my entertainment center but I just wish that I had thought about the "moving" factor first...lol I am one that likes to move the furniture around when I clean. I don't like it the same way all the time. I do have the coasters on the bed, couches and entertainment center and dressers. They do help on most things. | |
| Big ole pet peeve Posted: 7/3/2008 2:47:40 PM | | I guess the coasters are actually under the furniture not on it.. lol | |
| Big ole pet peeve Posted: 7/3/2008 3:39:01 PM | | I agree about proof reading I just realized I typed a bunch of stuff....................WOW.............................Spell Check Anyone.................LOL | |
| Big ole pet peeve Posted: 7/3/2008 3:45:04 PM | Note to self as my back starts to stiffen.....buy coasters for under heavy furniture... thanks for the tip... where can I get them at? | |
