I think someone should ask permission first before they can put you on their favorites list, or maybe they can't add you until there's been an email contact first. I don't care for the idea of someone tracking my POF activity without ever talking to me and you know that's why some of them do it.

i think they add you in hopes youll notice them... I made the mistake of posting in the sex forums the other day and netted a few unwanted adding me.

I use it as a temporary list when I do a search and then go back to them and delete those I decide not to contact and then the rest I contact and then I remove them.

Not having my own power tools like a chain saw! Ive asked a neighbor if he wouldnt mind cutting down a a limb from the tree out front, weeks ago! The branches are rubbing against my siding and the roof. Its not like the limb is that thick to where it would be a pain in the butt for a chain saw. Heck ill take care of all the branches and stuff,,i just need the damn limb cut down! If i could afford to buy one, id do it myself!

Ripley, if i lived closer I would come and cut them for you. I have a chainsaw. I cut down a tree in my front yard earlier this year. They aren't too hard to use.

rip I would come over and cut your tree except for 3 things

1) My tether gets caught in trees if I have to climb them
2)Due to a court order I'm not supposed to have a chain saw or any other life threatening object
3) My probation restricts how far I can travel from home

OK: there is a local guy (that I am very interested in, we share a "history" of sorts...who MIGHT be the one that the psycho thinks I'm stalking...but...is it stalking if I click on his profile because he lives close to me and it just brings up the last 11 people to check their mail within so many miles of him, which in turn would be so many miles to me as well? I don't think so.........but I have called him and he never returns my calls. He doesn't want to date me, but I was sure good enough for extra-curricular activities at one time...hmmm, go figure??? I was told: "He only dates SKINNY girls!" :puke:

Lose him, honey. And, turn off that function in your settings that allows other users to see that you have viewed a profile. Then you can look all you want, and he won't be aware.

Though just WHY you would wanna look, is beyond me.........

Well you just took those words right outta my mouth Lindathong! Great advice!
He's a loser Kelly....don't lower yourself to calling him again, what a punk
If you wanna see the guys in his area...switch your settings when you click on him and then switch them back when you click on the other guys so they can see you were looking if you want. Tell him don't flatter himsef...you're looking for a guy with a bigger pkg anyways!

Yeah, more like ANACONDA! jk! LOL.....I'm not sure it was him...but the sucky part is, if it WAS him, (this is really going to piss me off) He hangs out at the local sports bar, and I tend to frequent that location as well. Does he REALLY think I go there JUST to see him? :VOMIT: I generally go there for dinner or drinks if I'm on my way out for the night. Whoever did it...doesn't really matter. MEN SUCK! You just can't win no matter what you do! I guess I should just focus on my monetary situation for now...$$$$$ will make me happier than any man any day.....lol (Cuz then I can go shopping!!! ) Thanks girls.....

i hate it when the snooty receptionist at the doctors office gets ticked because you're 5 minutes late, and then ushers you into a room so you can wait an hour

LOL, Well Debbie, having a second job does help...

Been working a second job now for a while.. Tends to help keep me out of trouble... No time.. But then again when I find someone I want to spend time with i don't have any to give. My second job is a pretty good one and is hard to get in there so I don't really want to cut it loose easily either.

Keep the job Rodney....you can always quit it when you find the right woman and have been with her for a year or more...she'll work around you if she's the right one. That's my philosphy from now on. If it's right it will all work out...if it's not or it's too tough in the beginning....it's NOT the right one, cut them looose!
My memory came back to me of how easy that real love was....
Remember the magic? Everything was easy...it all just always worked out! We need to remind ourselves of that! Take it slow and steady....it'll happen, there's no rush, honest.
Debi....you too...give him time....don't push, maybe he's just not the right one, or maybe he needs time to see he is.

The 2nd job. If you get the right one, it opens up a whole new venue for social events and possible dates
