Posted: 9/26/2005 7:54:00 PM | | I have no idea why my IM have suddenly stopped working. I cannot initiate IM. I have no problem receiving someone elses IM, but My IM's never go through. It is very frustrating. I used to be able to start them, and noone could receive them. Now I can't even get them to load. It says connecting for 10 minutes before i try again. HELP!!! | |

Frankly, I didn't notice the IM until I read this thread and decided it was time to go looking :)
IM:
-click on Mail/Profile (assuming you are logged in)
-look at the bottom line of links, click on "IM HELP"
That should get ya going :)
(also page 1 of this thread is most helpful for problem solving)
It can also be turned off in your Mail Settings.. | |
