Posted: 3/4/2006 10:37:32 AM | I can NOT use the Instant Messenger. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Quicktime to use it,...but all I get is NOTHING. I have a 98SE. I can NOT download the 7.0 Quicktime because it is made for 2000 and XP.
What is the deal????
It was working fine for me the other day!!!!

What happens is the IM pops up but nothing comes through on it other then the hourglass suggesting you need to wait, but then it stays on for more then 5 minutes.........

Posted: 3/8/2006 8:47:49 AM | Hi I have been a member for about a week. In the first 5 days the IM feature worked perfectly fine. Now for the last 3 days it hasn't worked. I had not made any changes to my setup or done any MS updates.
I have checked all of the things mentioned in your tech support posting and they are all set as they should be.
Can you help me find out what is wrong?
