Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but when it comes to racism, keep your mouth shut. I continuously have people making racist remarks about my pictures because I have black friends. If you want people to continue to use this site, I recommend you do something about this and ban people who are being so derogitory.
This is one of many instant msg's I am receiving from guys:

If you allow these people to stay on the site and don't ban them, then I will start telling people in London about other sites that are managed better.
Sorry for being rather rude about this, but you gotta manage the site that peole can make complaints.

Including as much information as possible about your working environment will guarentee a better solution to your problem then just This isn't working IMO. | |

The only way that can be done is if you make your own 'log file'
by copying and pasting text from the Instant Communicator (IC) window
into a Notepad WordPad or similar text file (don't forget to save it).
