Posted: 11/14/2006 3:25:43 PM | | I WAS having the same problems with my Instant Messenger....trying over and over to install the Flash Player....What solved the problem for me was that I needed to UNINSTALL the old version THEN I was able to install the updated version......Try that.....Hope it works for all of you that are having this problem..... Yeah it was really frustrating.....but it works great now !!!! Good Luck........ | |

Posted: 11/18/2006 9:39:22 AM | My IM's not working and I need your help please. I ran the tests listed and the good news is that part is fine. However, I'll click on Instant Message and the box pops up (so far so good) but I no longer see the 2 prong things connecting or hear the special sound saying that it's working. Instead, the box shows up and it always shows as 90% done of 167KB. I wait and wait but the only thing that changes are the ads below. I'm allowing pop ups (I have AOL) from PoF and I don't understand why this started happening about a week ago.
Has anybody else experienced the above? Is there a cure?

Posted: 11/18/2006 5:19:15 PM | Don't worry , you aren' t the only one, checked it out with some other people and they are getting the same, for the meantime, add them to MY FAVOURITES and you should be able to IM if they are still ON LINE, hopefully it will be fixed soon though.

Posted: 11/19/2006 10:08:54 PM | at first i had a online messenger chat with somone then i closed the box and someone else wanted to talk and mine didn't open it just bad a "dong" sound and i couldn't find flash in my program files but i must have it.
please tell me why i changeed my hometown to vancouver and i still can't contact girls who only talk to people within 75 miles of van. i am in vancouver and my profile now says vancouver instead of kelowna. it's been a month and i still can't send messages to girls in the city who only wanna meet locals. plz help | |
